Barricade :- Construction of permanent type barricade made of steel components, 1.5m high from road level, fitted with 3 horizontal rails 200mm wide and 4.0m long on 50x50x5mm angle iron vertical support painted with yellow and white strips 150mm in width at an angle of 450 complete as per IRC: SP:55 latest complete
Traffic wardens :- Providing traffic wardens throughout the construction period
Excavation:- Excavation for roadways in soil using manual/ mechanical means including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and loading in a truck and carrying out earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m and spreading for embankment or stacking, disposing as directed etc. Complete.
Earth work:- Providing earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from other sources with all lead and lifts, laying in layers of 20cm. to 30cm. thickness breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades & section, watering and compaction with vibratory roller with V-Sat attachment to achieve not less than 97 % of standard proctor density etc. complete ( Material obtained from Other sources)
Providing and laying rockfill using stones of size 125 to 300 mm, in layers. Each layer not exceeding 500 mm thick including hand packing, filling the gaps with kapchi, compacting with vibratory roller and surface of each layer be throughly blinded with granular material as per specifications, etc. complete, as directed.. The percentage finer than 125mm should not exceed 10%.
soling :- Providing dry trap / rubble stone soling 230mm thick including hand packing filling gravel or with rubble chips in the voids and compacting etc. complete.
PCC M-15 :- Providing and laying in situ cement concrete M-15 grade of trap metal for foundation and bedding, including , formwork, compacting and curing etc. complete.
M25 grade Concrete:- Providing and laying in situ / ready mix controlled grade of M25 of trap /granite /quartzite /gneiss metal for RCC works in cut off walls / curtain walls including necessary scaffolding, centering, compacting by vibrator, finishing and curing etc. complete.
M-40 Concrete for Pile:-Providing M-40 R.C.C. cast in situ bored piles each of load capacity as per design and of 1200 mm diametre or as directed, placed through steel shell sunk to the required depth through all strata except rock, excluding provision of reinforcement including placing concrete by tremie arrangement compaction of concrete and withdrawal of steel shell chipping, dressing of R.C.C. piles cleaning the reinforcement etc. complete.
Chiseling:- Chiseling through soft rock/ weathered rock/ hard rock/ large boulders/ masonry /concrete etc using a chisel weighing not less than 750 kg etc. completed.
Chipping and dressing of RCC pile of 1200mm dia to remove surplus concrete above cut off level without damaging the projecting reinforcement including cleaning the Reinforcement and Removing the dismantled materials etc as complete and directed
Conducting Dynamic load test at 1.50 times the design on any dia of pile including all preparations for conducting the test by precasting required C.C. hammer head and all machineries, labour etc. including submission of reports with graph and interpretations complete. ( excluding cost of pile)
Conducting Pile Integrity test
8mm thick M.S. liners:- Providing and installing in position permanent M.S. liners for piles of specified diameter and fabricated from 8.0 mm thick plates as per detailed drawings and designs including cutting, bending to required shape , welding, painting with Red Oxide paint etc. complete as specified and directed.
HYSD Steel:- Providing and fixing in position steel bar reinforcement TMT - 500 of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, , pardies, arches, etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules, including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required etc.
M40 Concrete for pile caps :- Providing and laying in situ RCC M40 of trap/granite / quartzite / gniess metal for reinforced cement concrete well / pile caps including necessary formwork compaction by vibrating finishing and curing etc. complete. M40 grade concrete in superstructure:- Providing and casting as specified in controlled cement concrete with batching plant and RMC for main girder including slab, cross girder etc. of M-40 grade including centering and scaffolding or launching including necessary plant &machinery for the job shuttering, vibrating, curing, finishing etc. complete. Precast/or cast in situ ( height upto 5 to 10 mt)
Providing Bipolar Concrete Penetrating Corrosion Inhibiting Admixture to integral concrete penetrating corrosion inhibiting admixture POLYALK CP ( SUNANDA MAKE) or KP 200 of M/s. Krishna Conchem or equivalent at those dose of 3 kg per cum. Of concrete. Inhibitor should be non nitrite based and have the ability to provide corrosion protection to both anodic & cathodic sites on steel surface. Inhibitor should form polydentate complexes with the steel surface to promote proper film formation. Inhibitor must not have any adverse effect on concrete compressive strength. This may be established through laboratory test results from independent laboratory. Inhibitor test reports accredited laboratory indicating significant reduction in corrosion after accelerated corrosion test based on JIS Z 1535. Further inhibitor must have undergone long term performance test as per ASTM G3 indicating rebar weight loss of less than 5mpy for both tests. Work shall be executed by certified applicator only and work shall be guaranteed for 5 years and guarantee shall be given on Rs. 500/- stamp paper in Stipulated format.
GSB:- Granular sub base (GSB) with Coarse graded material ( Table: 400-2) ( Construction of granular sub base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401)
WMM:- Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam (wmm) specifications including premixing the material with water to optimum moisture content (OMC) in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site and laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on a well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. complete.
1200mm dia NP-4 RCC pipe Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of IS 458-1998 NP4 Class 1200mm dia.in proper line level and slope including providing fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 with all lead and lift etc. complete.
UCR Masonry:- Providing and constructing uncoursed rubble masonry of trap stones in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure including racking out joints when plastering is to be done / striking out joints ,watering and scaffolding as directed etc. Complete.

Tack coat,:-Providing and laying bituminous tack coat, @50 kg / 100 sqm. by manual/mechanical sprayer including supplying all materials, preparing the existing surface, heating bitumen and applying tack coat evenly on the surface etc. complete. (using 60/70 grade)
DBM:-Providing and laying Hot mix Hot laid Laid Dense Bituminous Macadam of 75mm thick in one layer (average) with 4.5% bitumen by weight of total mix including preparing and cleaning the base, diversion, supplying and conveyance of all necessary materials, heating bitumen and chips and mixing in drum mix plant laying dense bituminous macadam by sensor paver finisher to the required grade, level and camber, rolling by power roller and vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc. complete. ( by using 60/70 grade bitumen).
AC:- Providing and laying hot mix laid asphaltic concrete 40 mm thick (average) with bitumen 6.25% by weight of total mix including supplying all materials, heating bitumen and chips, mixing bitumen, and chips in hot mix plant, laying asphaltic concrete with sensor paver finisher including compacting with power roller and vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc. complete (by using 60/70 grade bitumen).
Providing & laying Bitumen mastic layer 40 mm thick over bridge deck excluding tack coat etc. complete as specified & directed. ( with Bitumen 10/20 penetration not less than 10.55 & lime stone dust not, less than 405)
Providing and applying Polymer synthetic elastomeric coating cum paint, ready to use for bridge structure in saline as to avoid salt penetration from marine environment & U.V effects of sunrays, fungus developments and to protect the reinforcement from marine atmosphere effects in three coats including scaffolding, sand blasting, cleaning the surface of concrete, brushing steel reinforcement and applying polymer coating with Primer, First applying polymer coating with Primer, First coat and Second coat at an interval of 24 hours of approved shade and colour.( But not to applied on oil, Grease, Tar & Moisture of surface Note:-Prior approval of S.E. is required.)
