Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls from any height including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6, on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in any height, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3, on ceilings of concrete surfaces, in any height, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on new plastered surfaces of wall over one coat of primer includind prepration of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4,type B0 (12.50mm graded stone aggregate),25mm thick as in floors, finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, double charge coloured vitrified tiles in floors of size 600 x 600 x 9 to 10mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, 9 to 10mm thick double charged coloured vitrified tiles in skirting of size 600 x 100mm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match shade of tile over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, coloured heavy duty parking tiles in floors of size 300mm x300mm x 7 to 8mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for nonskid joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n. exc 0.18 Sqm, of approved colour any print/design in floor/scitings etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the surfaces, over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

All as per item No11 above but area of tile exc 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 Sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic joint free tiles in vertical surfaces 300x450x7mm thick of approved colour any print/ design set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the surfaces over and including backing 10mm thick in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Demotition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15cm in thickness (below or above ground floor)

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 an in sub base in floors all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate as in coping , in roof kerbs,or mud stops ,rounded or chamfered on edgea complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4,type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate), 50mm thick as in floors / paths/pavings , finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm X300mm x20-25mm thick glaged finish on top set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floore over and including 20mm thick cement mortar screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ Demolition of RCC water tanks exc 500 lts and n.exc 1000lts and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 750 lts capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamle paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface includinf prepration of surfaces all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases not exc 10cm girth in brick walls for concealed water tubings and making good, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 15 mm bore, steel water tubing medium grade, galvanized with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors.(fixing in short lengths) complete including taking down of old steel tubing all as specified and directed.

S & F for 20 mm bore, steel water tubing medium grade, galvanized with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors.(fixing in short lengths) including taking down of old steel tubing complete all as specified and directed.
