Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following capacity 20 passengers/1360 Kgs cum bed (Stretcher-cum-passenger) lift machine room less (MRL) bed lift with regenerative drive suitable for hospital standards and as per latest BIS Codes, NBC 2016 as amended upto date having provision for barrier free access as per harmonised guidelines & standards for universal accessibility in India-2021 of MoHUA, serving different floors in the lift shaft as per detailed specifications enclosed and as under including all other equipment and accessories complete as required :- (i) Speed: 1.5/1.25 MPS (ii) Floors: 4(G+3) (iii) Travel: As per OEM design suitable for existing site. (iv) Stops & opening : 4 stops and 4 openings (v) Controller: AC variable voltage & variable frequency (vi) Automatic rescue device (ARD) complete with dry maintenance free batteries as required.

(vii) Operation: Microprocessor based single automatic push button/simplex selective collective/duplex collective selective with/without attendant (viii) Power: 415 Volts +10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4 wires system (ix) Car Enclosure: Stainless steel scratch proof (Moon Rock/Honeycomb/ Hairline Finish) on all sides and stainless steel decorative ceiling with fans (indirect throw) and LED fitting. (x) The car flooring should be smooth and antiskid as approved by Engineer-in-charge. (xi) Type of doors:- (a) Car: Power operated, centre opening horizontal sliding stainless steel scratch proof (Moon Rock/ Honeycomb/ Hairline Finish). (b) Landing doors: stainless steel scratch proof . (xii) A hand rail not less that 600mm long at 900mm above floor level to be fixed adjacent to control panel in the lift car. (xiii) Voice announcement system in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoist way as the car passes or stops at floor served by the elevator.

(xiv) Closed loop control system, protection against power fluctuation, self diagnostic control, landing doors 2 hours Fire rated, overload detection and protection, overspeed governer, dot matrix LED D & P indicators in car & landings, BMS compatibility, tamper proof infrared curtain covering almost the entire height of the lift car door, Alarm horn, Anti Nuisance Operation, CCTV camera system with 4 MP IP camera, suitable NVR and HDD for 30 days storage backup , Firemen switch, 2/3 way intercom, Emergency Stop Switch with battery backup for fan and light fitting for 1 hour, pit ladder. (xv) The lift doors shall have a vision panel to enable persons with hearing impairment to signal for help or assistance in the event of an emergency. (xvi)An appropriate technological support be provided (Through emergency messaging |services or alarms etc.) to respond to the emergency requirements of person with hearing impairment or deafness. (xvii) In case of failure of ARD or other electronic devices, a provision of manual rescue be provided.

The quoted rate is inclusive of 03 years comprehensive maintenance during defect liability period. 2. The item shall meet detailed specification as enlcosed in Particular Specification. 3. M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Scedule part I (2009) with conected to eath test point including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and comman salt, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber and for earth pit with 40x40x6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover. precast RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia round bars both ways with MS handle 8 mm dia. PGI funnel and wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering and 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe as earth lead protection pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) GI earth strip and protection pipe upto and including 7.5m is deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor.

Supply, installation on wall or suspension on ceiling, testing and commissioning of 200 Amps, Isc=25 KA capacity Air Insulated Compact Type Bus Trunking for use on 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply with metal clad enclosure having minimum IP-54 rating after fixing the tap off boxes and all accessories, made of 1.6mm thick steel sheet duty powder coated in convenient sections, complete with 4 Nos aluminium bus bars having current density of 130A/ sqcm at nominal current rating, necessary joints, elbow joints & expansion joints, fire barrier at each floor, continuous earthing with 2 Nos aluminium strip of suitable size (one on each side) including, GI clamping brackerts, suspenders, angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc as required complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of Edgewise Hanger (suspension brackets) and angle iron supports wherever required as per OEM design for supporting busduct. (ii) Quoted rate inclusive of bends, 90 degree, elbow, flange end special, copper flexible (Braided) special, Adapter Boxe/ Bellows, all specials, tap offf outlets, power feed units, fixing brackets, end covers, connection joints link etc complete. (iii) Contractor shall submit GA drawings/ specification for approval of GE before placing order.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 100/ 125 Amps, Isc=15/16KA capacity plug in/ tap off box on the existing Air Industed compact Type bus trunking/ risingmains for use on 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts, 50Hz AC supply made with 1.6mm thick sheet steel enclosure (IP-54) duly powder coated with provision of MCCB/ACB (but without MCCB/ACB) required complete all as specified and directed.
