Dismantling the excisting damaged flooring concrete carefully removing from work side etc, complete.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 One Cement Four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for flooring 10cm thick and top left roughf to floor finish etc complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 20 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Plastering with C.M.1;5.(one cement and five sand)using 20mm thick,

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 10 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Supplying, erecting STEEL CENTERING for sides and soffits inc supports and strutting for plain surface such an reinforced cement concrete slasp rectangualar beams tee or el beams lintels , bed blocks staircase in all floors of any height (the retrived materials should be taken back by the contractor) the payment for cenetering shall be given by the concrete is laid (bottom only)

Painting Two coats on Old Iron Wok of synthetic enamal Paint including clearing old surface by manual labour

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 305mm X200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour l Set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement ,two sand) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement Colour

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
