Dismantling of existing Interlocking Tiles including stacking of dismantaled material as per MORTH specification 201(2.4ii)

Excavation for road way and drains etc in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 metres (average lead50 metres), including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections as per MORTH specification clause 301.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORTH specification clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MORTH specification clause 406.

Removal of unserviceable soil/ material including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per MORTH specification, clause 301(3.11).

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion SS-2 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using .mechanical means.as per MORTH specification, clause 502.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam -Grading - I, 40 mm (Nominal Size) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bitumen VG30 @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with air compressor as per MORTH specification Clause 503..

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bitumen VG30 @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and MORD Specification Clause 1504, including cost of all material labour T&P etc. complete but excluding cost of inter-locking blocks which will be available after dismantaling of existing interlocking Concrete Block Pavement as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately and to be used in GSB as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement Concrete M-20 in K.C. Drains complete as per Drawing and MORTH specification clause 1500,1700 & 2100(12.8).

Reinforced Cement Concrete M-20 in Drains & Median/Divider complete as per Drawing and MORTH specification clause 1500,1700 & 2100(12.8).

Supplying and Placing PVC casing pipe 100 mm dia as per IS: 12818 in weep holes complete as per Drawing and MORTH specification.

Supplying and Placing PVC casing pipe 75 mm dia in RCC Median/ Divideras per IS: 12818 complete as per Drawing and MORTH specification.
