Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) removing of rubbish outside premices complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling and mass aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 05.00 above but Except stone, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old stone obtained from demolition shall be reused.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks,kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, coulmns, posts, bed plates, pintel blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders , plinth courses, copings, cover slab and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete and setting with CM 1:4 with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles glossy finish of size 30cm x 30cm x 20-25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors mixed with pigment fixed over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast interlocking paver block of any size any shape conforming to IS -15658 - 2006 of 80 mm thick, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and pigment set over sand cushining complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including spreading levelling in layers n exc 25 cm thick, well ramming, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 50mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor, hardstanding, path etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete/stone work in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.
