REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE WINDOWS IN BLDG NO P-63, P-64, P-70, P-110, P-298, P299 AND T-12 (OFFRS MD ACCN) AT LAKE COURTS AT UDAIPUR MIL STN

Taking down wooden chowkats or frames area not exceeding 1.50 Square metre (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC 1:2:4 type B1, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note – The qouted rate shall be deemed to include for fixing of hold fast in the same opening irrespective of position of hold fasts and no separate item for making good of hold fasts shall be paid).

Material & labour anodised aluminium window sliding with two rack sliding, frame and two rack of powder coated aluminium section 61.85x31.75x1.20mm thick and shutter of powder coated aluminium section 18mmx40mmx1.20mm including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing anodised snap beading, screw etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Glass pane shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fixed figured glass 5 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with rubber beading in square n.exc 1.00 Sqm each pane complete all as specified.

Supply & fixed for anodised aluminium grill of 7.00mmx3mm thick section square, rectangular, triangular, circular shape aperture not exc 7 cm in length or width fixed with and including H or F channel all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed with stainless steel wire staple or fixing with Aluminium channel to aluminium framework, complete all as specified.

Supply & fixed Powder coated aluminium window/ventilator frame fixed/sliding type aluminium section including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clip,rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screw etc complete all as specified.

Supply & fixed 4.8 mm thick plain or tinted glass, ordinary quality and glazing rubber beading in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 16-18 mm thick green marble slabs in Single Piece on cooking platform/ shelve/ window cill etc. machine cut laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing of type, including Half rouded & moulded at inner corner, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls ,concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surface of any description, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying 1 mm thick Birla/JK wall care white putty in two layers for neat and smooth finishing including preparation complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for applying 1 mm thick Birla/JK wall care white putty in two layers white wall care putty on complete removal of existing treatment externl or internal walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two coats of distempering with acrylic distemper white or coloured on prepared wall surfaces (putty) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour reapairing and making good of out side portion of window such as jambs, cill and head portion of windows and chajjas area between 0.5 sqm to 1 sqm at GF of bldg with rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry / brick surfaces as in CM (1:4) with and including liquid water proofing compound surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra lime or cement) including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description etc. and and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified.

Material & Labour reapairing and making good of out side portion of window such as jambs, cill and head portion of windows and chajjas area between 0.5 sqm to 1 sqm at FF of bldg with rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry / brick surfaces as in CM (1:4) with and including liquid water proofing compound surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra lime or cement) including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description etc. and and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified.
