Material & labour testing of water of bore well,test to be carried out as per I.S. parameters of drinking water (chemical and beactrological test) from NABL approved laboratary all as directed.and report to be submitted to office for record. Physio-chemical parameters as per the ground water standards IS-10500-2012 (a) pH, Colour, Electrical conductivity, Turbidity, TDS,TSS, Hardness, Iron, Chlorides, Florides, Calcium, Magnesium, Sulphate, Nitrate, Total alkalinity and Residual free chlorine. NOTE :- testing of water of one bore well shall be treated as one Job.

Construction of brick masonry valve chamber having inner dimension 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm (suitable for 100mm to 150mm sluice valves & reflux valves) with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation, brick work wall in cement mortar (1:4), PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, rendering plaster in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick including provision of MS Sheet top cover 3mm thick with welding of MS angle iron of size 25mm x 25mm x 4 mm at edges and in diagonal and angle iron base frame of 50 x 50 x 6 mm, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on iron surfaces, lime wash on internal and external cement surfaces and locking arrangements including demolition of the existing chamber, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of 150 mm bore sluice value, cast iron body, both end flanged type in same position comprising with high tensile steel spindle, class PN-1.6,( ISI marked), conforming to IS-14846, operating wheel, including nut, bolt & washers for flanged joints and jointing material complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in replacement of spindle and check nut with SS spindle for the following sizes of sluice valves including providing gland packing of suitable sizes, replacement of nuts, bolts and washers etc. to make the sluice valve leakproof and free operational all as specified and as directed for the following sizes :-

(a) 80 mm dia bore

(b) 100 mm dia bore

(c ) 150 mm dia bore

Dismantling the washout MS Pipe line 6" dia vertically / laid in trenches by unscrewing all the flange joints for rectification of blockage and refixing the same in position all as specified and as directed at site. Note : Accessories/joints will be included in quated rates for refixing the same.

Supply only Calcium hypochlorite granular disinfectant for water treatment, having chlorine content 65% to 75%, all as specified and directed.

Supply ,installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of Chemical dosing system,(xcalcium hypo chloride, 65-75% chlorine content granuels) alongwith injector with following specification with complete accessories like lead tubing,connecting ferrules,check valves all as specified and directed. 1. Preparation Tank Model No.VST-1005 of net capacity 170 Ltrs of FRP dosing Tank consisting of :- a) water inlet line ,b) Overflow, c) Outlet with Y-Styrainer, d) Drain, e) Conical bottom for sludge deposite ion, f) Pot hole with cover, g) level Gauge, h) Agitator 120W, 900 rpm, 01 Phase flange mounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller. 2. Service tank model No. VST-1006 of net capacity 100 liters of FRP dosing tank consisting of :- a) water inlet line ,b) Overflow, c) Outlet with Y-Styrainer, d) Drain, e) Conical bottom for sludge deposite ion, f) Pot hole with cover, g) level Gauge, h) Agitator 120W, 900 rpm, 01 Phase flange mounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller, h) Provision of mounting Pump on lid/Wall. 3. Comprehensive maintenance and repair of calcium hypochlorite based electronic automatic dosing (Decrin dozer) equipment 100 Ltr capacity of any type and make complete with dozing tube and solution drum and other accessories required. Note :- (i) Spare items/parts required for dosing pump shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items. (ii) Cost of items /parts which are not covered in Sch 'A' but are necessary for the satisfactory functioning of the plant shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (iii) Dosing pump to be cleaned twice in a month (15 days) (iv) Labour charges for removal of unserviceable parts and fixing of spare items/ parts (supplied under the item No.38) shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.

Supply,fixing ,testing and commissioning submersible cable ,flat, 16 sqmm,3 core,PVC insulated and PVC sheathed with multi stranded, copper conductor,1100 Volts grade ,fixed to submersible motor column pipe ,using suitable size of clamps made out of stainless steel flat of size 20 x2 mm with steel nuts ,bolts & washer for every column pipe of 3 m length complete all as specified and directed. Make: Finolex/Havells/Grand lay/Polycab/

Cleaning of internal surfaces of RCC Over Head reservoir at any height/staging by scrapping down/brushing and removing all silt dirt, algae etc. from walls, floors, washing/cleaning with water and applying one coat of white wash to all internal surfaces of walls and ceilings and one coat of cement based paint to all external surfaces including top surfaces of OH tanks including necessary scuffolding work. All old steel surfaces such as vent pipes, inlet, outlet pipes, ladder shall be provided with one coat of anti corrosive bituminous paint and old MS pipe railing shall be scrapped properly and shall be painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint. Paintings to oblitering labels shall not be less than 60cm x 40cm using black paint same as existing dimensions and writing particulars etc. using white paint with height of letters same as existing writing complete all as directed for 1,00,000 gallons capacity.

All as per item No.27 here-in-before but 22,000 gallon capacity.

Taking out defective submersible pump set of capacity 25 HP from bore well for repair by lifting GI/MS/CI column tubing of size 100mm to 150 mm from 80 to 150 feet depth after disconnecting electrical and pipe line connection, complete by means of chain pully block or other T&P, transporting to workshop for repair / replacement of worn out parts, servicing and overhauling complete with oiling/ greasing, lubricating the parts and reassembling of submersible pumpset with motor and shifting back to borewell, lowering commissioning and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cost of spare parts for necessary repair will be paid seperately under relevant items. (ii) Cost of other minor items/ spares such as nut, bolts, washer, gaskets, paints etc. which are not covered under Sch 'A' but required for efffective functioning of the plant shall be deemed to included in the quoted rates.

Dismantling the motor of submersible pumpset of capacity 25 HP, removing the existing burnt out winding and re-winding with suitable copper winding wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material, "O" rings and filling of cooling oil with oil seal and terminal lead for AC, three phase, 415Volts grade and replacement of other petty items required for making motor functional, reassembling and testing complete all as directed.

Taking out defective submersible pump set with moter of capacity 30HP from bore well for repair by lifting GI tubing of size 100mm to 150 mm GI/CI/MS pipe from 80 upto 150 feet depth after disconnecting electrical and pipe line connection, complete by means of chain pully block and other T&P, transporting to workshop for repair/replacement of worn out parts, servicing and overhauling complete with oiling/greasing, lubricating the parts and reassembling and shifting back to borewell, lowering commissioning and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cost of spare parts for necessary repair will be paid seperately. Supply, lowering, jointing & testing In replacement MS black column pipe heavy duty, 150 mm bore, wall thickness 5.4 mm both end flanged with heavy duty MS flange not less than 16mm thickness screwed welded inside & outside.The flanged end making surface shall be made smooth of both ends flanged having 08 Nos. predrilled holes not less than 16 mm dia. including rubber gasket, MS nuts, bolts and washers, pipe shall be painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of zinc chromite primer complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for painting of rising , delivery , overflow and washout pipes of following capacity OH tank of various Diameter and height with Blue, green, red and yellow colours respectively with syntheic enamel paint one coats including marking with arrows ( directions of flow ) and writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint over black ( syntjetic enamel paint ) background of size ( 300mm*300mm) all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of single phase preventor for 20/25/30 HP submersible pumping set motor complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells/L&T/Minilec.

Supply & Fix in replacement of electronic Timer for Star Delta Starter type ETSD2. Make :- L&T/Havells/Siemens.

S&F in repairs, digital voltmeter 0 to 500 V 96mmX 96mm (square type). Make : L&T/Schneider/HPL.

S&F in repairs, digital ampere meter 0 to 200 Amp 96mmX96mm (square type) 415 Volt. Make : L&T/Schneider/HPL.

S&F in replacement of water level indicator having indication of 10 stages including very low,middle high and full with magnetic float switch sensor suitable upto 1 lakh gln capacity of OHT (MAKE : BENZER/RAMCO or equivalent )

M&L in replacement laying in ground wire from probe unit to controller of 10 pair PVC copper conductor (0.5 sqmm) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earth strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES Schedule Part-I connected to earthing point and testing on completion with and including 40 mm bore light grade G.I. protection pipe (upto 7.5 metre beyond earth pit) PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia M.S bars 3 nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore medium grade G.I. watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete, including breaking down of old earth pits.

M&L Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean redius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4,including finishing the surface even and smooth,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in PCC coping haunching,benching etc.including slightly rounded etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out submersible pump set with motor of capacity 20 HP to 30HP from bore well by lifting 100 mm to 150 mm GI/CI/MS pipe from 80 upto 150 feet depth after disconnecting electrical and pipe line connection, complete by means of chain pully block and other T&P, for development of borewell,after development shifting back to borewell, lowering commissioning and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Development of tube well by air compressed of capacity upto 500 PSI till sand/mud free clean water of potable quality is obtained complete as specified and directed. Note : Unit rate qouted under this item shall be deemed to be inclusive of transportation of tools and equipments as required to the site of work and removing the same after completion of work.

Development of tube well by over pumping (25%) using suitable size diesel engine driven turbine pump after completion of item No. 75.
