RATE CONRACT FOR WORK OF INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF HANDPUMPS, CONSTRUCTION OF HANDPUMP PLATFORM AND SOAKAGE WELL AND OTHER ANCILLARY WORKS UNDER JURISDICTION OF DIVISION NATHDWARA

Supply & installation of GI pipe 32 mm medium class “B” with pipe sockets (heavy duty).

Supply and installation of ISI marked India Mark II Hand pump set complete with cylinder & 15 connecting rods.

Supply and installation of ISI mark connecting rod as per departmental specifications. of 3 meter length.

Installation of India Mark II/III E.D. I & II hand pump set complete on existing platform.

Construction of 185 cm. dia platform as per approved design & drawing of UNICEF.

Construction of soakage well in all type of soil with 300 mm thick dry masonry, top and bottom 300 mm course in CM 1:6, 80mm thick stone slab, jointing of slab in CM 1 : 3, Ralthal, Kharanja, 40 mm thick M-15 grade C.C flooring, earthwork complete as per approved drawing including disposal of earth within a lead of 50 mtr.:

Size 240 Cm. dia outside & 240 Cm. depth.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete in specified grade over prepared base course complete including finishing, curing, all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. Measurement for CC work to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made be made for trench width more than specified, complete work as per technical specification and scope of work. Centering and Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundation , footings, strap beam, raft , bases of columns etc.

Painting and writing of code on all Type sources (Hand pump/single phase/tubewell/Ow) of various rural /Urban water supply schemes The Code number of Source shall be based on District code/Block(sub District) Code /Village code/Type of source ie(HP/TW/SP/OW)/Source No.The Minimum Size of letters painted for coding shall be preferably 10X20 mm (width 10 mm and Height 20 mm)

Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level.
