4Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level: a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more
5Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 coarse sand).
6Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks / cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level.
7Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form work for:-
7.01	Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.	-	sqm	-	-
7.02	Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm wide.	-	Mtr	-	-
812mm cement plaster of mix. 1:6 (1 cement:6 fine sand).
