Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (without backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for ceramic glazed coloured tiles of size 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick joint free on and incl 10mm thick screed bed in cm(1:4)set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles on vertical surfaces as cladding ,skirting and dado complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid/matt finish coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding g 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm sq.m in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid dark/ coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick joint free (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm to 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or clolured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as spc.

Dismantling of wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

S& F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 1st quality acrylic distemper(ready mixed) havingVOC content less than 50gms/litre over and including 1mm thick Birla/JK wall care putty to obtain smooth regular/even finish over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1.00 Sqm but n.exc 2.00 Sqm all as specified and directed

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WC's, bathroom etc by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite coimpound coating of approved make complete all as specified and as directed, comprising of following : (a) Demolition of lean concrete/red bajri/moorum up to 45 cm depth and removing (b) cleaning the surcace and applying 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on floor and sides of wall of sunken portion and finished the surface even & smooth using extra cement complete.
