Taking down cement or cement lime mortar plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick walls, RCC pillars, beams etc and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar of Roof it Mix of M/s Premier floor to roof Materials Pvt Ltd/Easy plast of M/s Walplast products Pvt Ltd/Readiplast of M/s Ultratech cement Ltd/Soundplast PMC-1 of M/s Sound build care Pvt Ltd/ or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of manufacturing and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 18mm thick and finishing coat of 5mm thick final rendering, including using richer mix for making comers if necesary, at all floor and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including clleaning the surfaces, curing etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Work shall be executed at Multiple places as per requirement and at up to 8mts height.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on wall, columns, beams etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls, chajjas,filling of hair line cracks with white cement and applying two coats of 100% anti fungal weather resistant acrylic paint over a coat of acrylic primer in approved shade and as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully reinforced cement concrete work (including cutting of the reinforcement as required to facilitate dismantling) with low Impact Hammer / Breaker without dismantling the structure of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, cleaning and removing the retreived debris out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar / concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete/ new mortar by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carry out application of Bi -polar migratory corrosion inhibitor (make, M/S Krishna conchem (EPCO KP -100) / BASF ( master protect 8000 CI) on RCC surfaces , complete all as specified and directed .( Note: Mode of measurment superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. Supply installation, testing and commissioning of FAST ELECTRODE maintenance free Chemical Earthing of Dual Pipe Technology, each of 3 Meter long with Outer Pipe Diameter of 88mm (galvanised for 80-120 micron and wall thickness 1.80mm) and Inner Pipe diameter 48mm (galvanised for 80-120 micron and wall thickness 2.60mm). There shall be terminal of size 75 x 5.20mm for connection with two holes of 14mm diameter. FAST ELECTRODE shall be duly filled with the highly conductive, Non Magnetic, Non Corrosive material and duly sealed at both ends with lead terminal of 75x5.2mm at top. The ELECTRODE shall be of 'make' having approval of CPRI (Central Power Research Institute), Govt of India for a minimum short circuit current of 42 KArms for 1 Second with initial pick of 88.2 KA. The FAST ELECTRODE Earth Enhancing Compound (minimum 25Kg) shall be pored on alround the electrode. The chemical compound to be used shall be as per the manufacturer's instructions of 'Electrode' and as also certified by any BIB (Bureau of Indian Standards) accredited laboratory.Electrode connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6mm by mean of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of stainless steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit and CI cover etc GI protection pipe of suitable size including testing on completion all as specified and directed.Make : Fast Electrode or equivalent as approved by the GE. Notes:- (i) The contractor shall procure the above materials either directly from the manufacturer(s) or their authorised dealers only and shall produce the original purchase vouchers alongwith original manufacturer's test certificates and other authenticated documents in compliance of the provisions as mentioned in the above item. Also all the requisite testing as specified above, in relevant IS and as directed by the GE shall be got done by the contractor. Cost of all the above elements shall be deemed to be included in the contractor's quoted rates.(ii) Any additional quantity of Earth Enhancing Compound in case required to obtain the desired results, the same also be provided by the contractor without any additional cost to the Govt. and quoted rates of above item shall be deemed to include the above element also. (iii) Necessary earth strip to connect equipment shall also be provided by the contractor .
