Excavating holes upto 0.10 cum, including getting out the excavatedsoil, then returning the soil as deported in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating and deposited layer by rammingwatering etc., disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed with ina lead of 50 mm and lift upto 1.5 m. All kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level (1:2:4)(20mm nominal size aggregate

Providing, transporting, hoisting and fxing above plinth level up to foor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in vertical & horizontal fns, individually or forming box louvers, setting in cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded incement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post andcorner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one sideonly, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wireweighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two postsfitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wiretied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C.posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :-Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :Cement primer

Supply of labour for fixing of gate.
