Unloading and Carriage 20 MVA T/F and Erection of 132/33 KV Bay

Work of 20 MVA T/F at 400 kV S/S Agra

Proper packing of all HV/IV bushing of 20 MVA T/F in separate wooden crates to ensure safety of bushing in loading/unloading and shifting including cost of packing and wrapping material, bushing crate provided by contractor at site to loading.

Shifting of 20 MVA T/F with all accessories from unloading point to plinth with the help of rails pulling device sleeper etc. up to distance of 20 meter including turning if required at 132 kV S/S Pinhat Agra

Loading the 20 MVA T/F with all accessories on trailer, truck, jacking the transformer tank for placing the wooden sleepers under transformer tank and similarly lifting the T/F tank by the jacking and placing the sleepers continuously till the wooden platform comes to the height of trailer bed and then shifting the T/F tank from wooden platform to the trailer, proper tightening of T/F mounted on the trailer with the help of rope wire and heavy turn buckle for safe transportation for 400 kV S/S Agra.

Safe carriage of 20 MVA T/F, its accessories and T/F Oil drum on private truck/trailer to be provided by contractor from 132 kV S/S Pinhat (Agra) to 400 kV S/S Agra (Approx. distance 100Km). The insurance shall be got done by contractor as per direction of supervising engineer which shall be re-imbursed on actuals.

Work of erection of 20 MVA T/F (old) at 400 kV S/S Agra

Unloading of 20 MVA T/F & its accessories and T/f oil drum, from trailer/truck by jacking the T/F tank for placing the rails under the tank and shifting it to wooden sleeper platform. Removing the rails under the tank on wooden sleepers, lowering the tank towards ground by slowly and removing the wooden sleepers under the tank at 400 kV S/S Agra. All T&P, labour, sleeper jack etc. will provided by contractor.

Shifting of 20 MVA T/F main tank from unloading point to plinth up to 110 mtr. including turning if required at 400 kV S/S Agra.

Drain out the T/F oil in 20KL oil tank from 209 ltr. Oil drum & T/F main tank through centrifuging machine to improve the BDV, PPM value.

Changing all the gaskits/Oring of turrets, bushing, radiator & its every accessories, all pipe lines, butterfly valves, OSR, PRV, Bucholze, WTI, OTI, OLTC turret and main top cover and all joints of all connecting pipe line at appropriate size of gaskit/Oring including work of remove old gas kit/Oring from transformer and its accessories etc. All material, T&P, labour will provided by contractor.

Complete erection of 20 MVA T/F by erection of radiators, header, conservator tanks, HV/LV bushing and its turrets, connecting oil pipe lines, PRV, Bucholze, OSR, cooling motor. drive mechanism, marshalling box RTCC panels, control relay panel etc. for completion of work. All T&P, labour will provided by contractor.

Create the vaccume inside the T/F and stand from 24hrs. and filling dry air up to pressure of 0.25 Kg/cm2 and maintain during filling of T/F oil in T/Fs main tank.

Oil centrifuge approximately 18000 Ltr. Transformer oil by connecting centrifuging pipe, circulation the T/F oil through centrifuging machine taking the BDV and IR value of the oil periodically till the required PI value is achieved as per diarection of supervising engineer. Including work of filling of T/F oil in 20 MVA T/F from 20 KL storage tank with the help of centrifuging machine and attend the oil leakage if any and all other associated work to complete the job. Centrifuge T/F oil having app. Quantity 18 KL in 20 KL oil storage tank after getting desired BDV fill it in T/F tank, conservator & radiator. Then circulation by centrifuging machine get desired BDV & IR value.

Earthing of 20 MVA, 132/33 kV Transformer, including MB OLTC, RTCC, etc. with 50x6 & 75x10 mm MS flat and connecting the same with main earthmet from X&Y mesh. Work also include of MS strip with green enamel paint above ground surface after cleaning of MS flat by emery paper then one coat of red oxide paint, MS flat of size 50x6 & 75x10mm will be provided by the dept.

To provide Delta earthing for 20 MVA transformer consisting of fabrication of delta set with 03 nos. 40mm dia, 3.00 mtr. long electrodes its placing inside the ground and connecting all the 3 electrodes with 75x10 mm MS Flat, 70mm and 200mm deep (02 place) and connecting the same with neutral point of T/F. (Note: MS flat & MS round to be provided by dept. free of cost.)

Shifting & Erection work of 132/33 kV Bay at 400 kV S/S Agra

Erection of auxiliary structure (ALP, BBL, BCT, ABL etc.) for isolators, C.Ts, LA etc. and proper tightening erection structure & all other equipments as per drawing with the help of GI nut bolts with flat & spring washer etc. with the help of required special T&P crane and labour, including work of shifting of material from open store to erection site and other associated work to the complete the job satisfactory. Work will be carried out under supervision engineer.

Erection of following equipments alongwith complete accessories as per instruction manual/technical specification of various equipments with proper wiring of the equipments as per drawing including shifting of material/equipments from store to erection site and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

Jumpering of isolator/CT/CB/LA (R,Y,B phase) of single panther/Dog conductor from 132 kV main bus to isolator, isolator to CB, CB to CT/LA, CT/LA to Transformer HV side & Transformer LV side to CT/LA/CB/LSI/sectional double pole by suitable PG clamp & terminal connector work including cutting of conductor as per required and shifting of all material from store to erection site & all other associated works required for completion of job satisfactorily.

Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trench from control room to various equipment’s/marshalling box/Junction box in new constructed 20 MVA bay as per cable schedule, its shedding at every 750mm. Distance with M.S. saddles of size 25x3mm size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

Termination of following sizes of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including proper feruling, dressing, tying and tagging cables making necessary holes in glands plates of box where as required, cable glands of appropriate size (both ends termination of control cable core will be considered as 01 no.). its termination with crimping lugs of dowels/tension make and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactory as per technical specification.

Laying of power cable of 3.5Cx35/50/70mm size 500mm below ground level including excavation of trench & laying of cable of brick and filling of Ganga Sand over the cable then filling of earth including termination of twin power cable both side (incomer & outgoing) by providing suitable size aluminium doggles make lugs & its crumping & connecting with power cable including cost of lug & all cost of men, material & T&P for the completion of job.

Earthing of main and auxiliary equipments structure (CT/LA/CB/isolator/All cubical box of CT/ACPS/isolator by Cutting straightening, bending, laying 1000mm below in side ground and above ground of following size of M.S flat. Including welding with main earthmat and with object to be earthed excavation of trenches its back filling of soil & by bus green paint upper the ground level and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily. (painting of MS flat first coat red oxide then two coat bus green paint after cleaning the surface). MS flat will be provided by dept.

Extension of 33 kV Bus on STP pole

Construction of 300 meter 33 kV line with ACSR dog conductor on 11 meter STP pole in premises of 400 kV S/S Agra with 06 nos. 11 meter ST pole-SP-55 including of all fitting (as per annexure 6) and 01 nos. sectional double pole structure with 11 meter long steel tubular pole with complete fitting as per annexure 8 including work of erection stringing of dog conductor and earth wire, earthing of pole by MS earthing rod, concreating of support of pole, paint, pin insulator, PG clamp, disc fitting with insulator channel, MS angle, cross arm stone pad etc. with cost of material labour, T&P and other associate work to complete the job satisfactory all equipment such as pole sectional double pole its accessary to complete 300 meter line on 11 meter STP pole with material providing by contractor at his own cost. any single piece material will not be provided by department.
