Charges for Transporting of the released motor from TTPS site to contractors workshop including loading and unloading
Charges for rewinding of motor including dismantling, cleaning, winding of the stator coils, applying one coat of insulating varnish, replacement of both DE and NDE bearings and assembling of motor capacity 90 KW. Less cost of retrieved copper to be retained by the contractor. (Bearing will be supplied by TANGEDCO).
Removing the wornout shaft from the rotor stamping with arrangement of special fixtures in Hydralic press
Fabrication of new shaft EN-8 material suitably with rough machining and key way machining for fixing rotor stamping DE coupling of flange and NDE fan assembly.(including Cost of EN-8 material-100 Kg.
Charges for Machining works of 90 kW motor towards under cut for 2mm to the shaft, metal filling by hot welding, turning & machining work for required dimension of rotor shaft.
Assembling of rotor stamping with newly fabricated shaft complete in Hydraulic press.
Final finishing fine machining of shaft and all key ways accurately.
Charges for Transporting of the rewound and newly fabricated rotor shaft complete motor from contractors workshop to TTPS site
Charges for replacement of motor for testing & Commissioning.
