Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- Work will be taken up in non operational hours (mostly during night).

Surface preparation by removal of rust/ dust/ loose chipping using suitable sand paper, brush free from grease/oil/salts and other contaminants (which may prevent adhesion of primer/ paint with base surface) and finally with clean cloth including necessary repair to cracks on surface with suitable putty all as approved and directed by engineer in charge. Note:- Work will be taken up in non operational hours (mostly during night).

Inspection of Structural work screws (for holding fins) inclusive of tightening loose screws and replacement wherever required. (Approximately 350 Screw may be replaced). Note:- Work will be taken up in non operational hours (mostly during night).

Applying priming coat with high build polyamine- cured epoxy primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood /WPC surface single coat 100 micron with spray gun having excellent resistance against exposure of extreme weather. (@6 Sqm/litre) all as approved and directed by engineer in charge. Note:- Work will be taken up in non operational hours (mostly during night).

Finishing wood / WPC surface with highly durable, weatherproof polyurethane exterior paint of required shade, approved brand and manufacture two coat each 40 micron with spray gun (@7 Sqm/liter) having murcery chromium and lead content with in permisable limits all as approved and directed by engineer in charge. Note:- Work will be taken up in non operational hours (mostly during night).
