Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mean radius in CM 1:6 complete.

All as per Ser Item No 3 here in before but except bricks.

M&L for brick work using sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from wall including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick/concrete surfaces finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over cement primer on wall complete all as specified.

M&L for two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies,40mm thick type B-0 (1:2:4) 12.5mm graded aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 measured solid including all moulding but excluding frame including demolition of existing frame and throwing rubbish off the premises Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (RCC Jali Pillars)of Size 100x100x750mm and taking down complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks and jaffri pillars and back filling of pressed steel frame etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling RCC/MS fencing posts any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good distrubed ground (posts embededed in natural ground)

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) including dismantling of old rusted barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for restraining and resecuring existing, loose galvanised , 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. with making good complete. staples etc, complete alll as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(each line wire to be measured) .

S&F chain link fencing MS galvanised any size and shape(approved by GE/EIC) including line wire,any mesh size ,type and fixing to angle iron post, rails including fixing with staining bolts to post/struts of specified length with nuts and washer, etc including provision of binding wire complete including dismantling of old rusted fencing all as specified by Engr-In-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing with including nut,bolt and washer to any type of post including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes ) each n.exc. 0.5 cum getteting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth round in layers n.exc. 25 cm in soft / loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 100mtr making good complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregates) in foundation filling and mass concrete .

S&F and other steel section, drilled and countershunk, embedding in concrete and screwing etc post and struts in fencing inluding cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wires etc flat iron fillets, round bar and including nut,bolt & washer of appropriate length for securing and fixing all as per specified and directed conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

S/F steel work in tubular trusses and posts,vertical/horizontal bar,chin up bar and similar work including special shaped washers,chequered plates,etc complete using butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 graded st-240 with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer including dismantling of old mild steel of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre-painted Galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering , chajjas/walls, fitting & fixing, zinc coating including tapping screw and etc including dismantling of old sheets complete all as specified and direced.

S & F pre- painted Galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covring, fixing ,zinc coatting including self tapping screw etc.including taking down old sheets complete all as specified and direced.

S&F in repair 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent sheet with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof covering complete including dismantling of old broken sheet all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC Nominal Mix type B-1 1:2:4 20mm graded aggregate as in column,pillar,piers etc complete including demolition of existing old structure all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork for rough finished surface of concrete(flat surface square/rectangle) to sides of pillar,posts,struts,piers,columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia Fe 410- Gde E-250 around fencing hooking,welding and straining properly to fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length,bent to shape required,including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

M&L for steel TMT bar 6-8mm dia,cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed)not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Erection and fixing of Old MS gates of any size and shape making it serviceable, easing, renewing and greasing, oiling complete including cutting, filling PCC 1:2:4 as required, including one coat of synthetic enamel paint to existing gate as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails,braces, etc complete all as specified,drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings(exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing (Fe 410-W(Gde E-165)) quality A including dismantling of old iron gate or other section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.25mm thick MS sheet in steel gates and similar work,cut to size,holes punched,including round headed screws,clouts nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with riveted or welded seams,including bending or turning up,mitred angles etc as required including dismantling of Old Ms sheet complete all as directed.

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick granite machine cut slab as in steps,jambs,pillars,window cills,treads,risers and like laid ove 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab complete all as specified including dismantling of old stone and throwing off premises and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:6 as in landings,cover slabs for manhole etc,water tank base and similar work complete all as specified and directed including demolition of existing RCC.

M&L for kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line,level and curvature,jointed with cement mortar 1:3,including making joints with or without grooves including making drainage opening wherever required complete including dismantling/demolition of existing stone and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic any coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular ) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm as in patches of floor area n exc 5 sqm, shade & designed as approved by GE, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with colour pigment to match the colour of tiles, over15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4), incl dismantling and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly surface of steel over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 centimetre width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Material and labour machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver Block any shape and size, IS 15658-2006 Marked, 80mm thick, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver Block any shape and size, IS 15658-2006 Marked, 60mm thick ,M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser Item No-42 here-in-before but except paver block and shall be reused after necessary cleaning,removing grass complete making good all as specified and directed.

S&F machine pressed factory made precast coloured chequered cement concrete tile 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thik set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floor including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 bedded and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 20mm graded aggregate as in sub base to receive flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge n.exc 63mm,deposited,spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick,watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete Type B-1,1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregates as in flooring including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4mm thick acrylic sheet board of High quality with Media printing of 3m of best quality (size/frame of board, design of bd, type of print on sheet, size of studd, samples of letter, pictures, writing will be provided by accepting officer or Engr-in-Charge) and fixed at any height from GL to 29 Mtr height incl stainless steel studds (min 4 studs at each board / sheet ) complete all as specified and directed incl dismantling of existing damaged sheets. Note : Minimum weight of Acrylic Sheet not less than 4.70kg per sqm (Acrylic sheet make A Cast / Astari / Marka Cipta and stainless steel of grade A-ISI 304(1818).

M&L for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' in on concrete slab all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified.
