Overhauling of 20 HP/10 HP/5 HP centrifugal motor of pump set of Sewage Pump by dismantling each part cleaning properly, oiling greasing with replacing bearing, bushes, oil seal, gland packing set and reassembling of pump set all as specified and directed as per existing size and making connection with proper size of lugs, nuts bolts including cleaning , scraping out old rubbed paint / rust & applying two coat of rubber synthetic paint ( first class ) by spray painting machine over a coat of primer commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair rubber star packing of motor & pump of existing size and type including resetting alignment of the pump sets of following capacity:-

(a) 20/10/5 HP pump.

Taking out submersible pump of 62 / 72 HP capacity including motor from bore well by disconnecting all electric / water connections dismantling of motor and pump for repair including transportation from work site to workshop and back, lowering of pump set, connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening of submersible motor of 62 / 72 HP capacity and taking out the rotor from the body and cutting the burnt coils / winding, cleaning the starter slots properly by using cleaning material and re-winding / reassembling the same including replacement of parts/components complete including cleaning, scraping out old rubbed paint / rust & appling two coat of rubber synthetic paint (first class) by spray painting machine over a coat of primer of any capacity of motor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of parts / components shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Schedule 'A' as supply only.

M&L for Lath work including all materials as required for the following items/components of motor of 62 / 72 HP capacity complete as under :- (a) Making the strip on rotor including pressing the core of rotor and polishing the shaft. (b) Making the proper size of motor cover (housing) including welding etc. (c) Re-metaling of thrust plate and replacement of ebonite sheets complete.

Taking down old unsv Street light / flood light fittings in any position of any capacity for Repair by replacement of unsv spares ( SPD / Driver / Mcpcb etc ) and re-fixing the same in existing location. Note:- Spares for repair of street light fittings will be measured and paid under respective items.

M&L for painting the existing LT steel poles of 9.0 Mtr long including cross arms, clamps, street light junction boxes etc with 1 coats of aluminium paint including throughly cleaning the existing surface, writing of pole numbers in yellow circle 15 cm with black paint on poles. Painting the poles up to 1.5 Mtr height with alternate bands 30 cm height (3 Nos black and 2 Nos Yellow) from ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting the existing LT PCC poles with 1 coats of Cement base paint including painting of cross arms, clamps, etc with one coat of aluminium paint and providing alternative band of 30 cm width (3 black and 2 yellow) from bottom of pole to 1.5 metres height , writing of pole numbers in yellow circle15 cm with black paint on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling LT steel tubuler pole of any height by taking out from PCC foundation complete and shifting to other location as directed including fixing the pole in true vertical position including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as base concrete and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in both foundation and coping of poles all as specified in SSR Part I-2009 and applying two coats of aluminium paint to pole surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
