M & L for water proofing treatment on roof surfaces in the following manner:- (a) The surfaces shall be painted with hot bitumen grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 ltr/sqm. (b) supply & lay 3 mm thick APP water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt laid using butane torch by torch on application with a side lap of 10 cm & 15 cm end lap weinghing not less than 3.5 kg/sqm.

M&L 230X115X40 mm thick machine pressed brick tiles with minimum thickness of joint & are throughly filled with water proof polymer based joint mortar over 20 mm thick CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coat of aluminium paints over new or previously untreated surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for high performance hybrid polyurea slastomeric water proofing coating cold applied of spray/brush applied , smartcare ulton liquid membrane at 1.5 Kg/Sqm with an elongation of 600% and tensile strength of 12.6 N/sqmm as per ASTM D2370, crack bridging ability of 3.5 mm as per ASTM C1305, shore a hardness of min 75 as per ASTM D2240. The system includes final base preparation as per site requirement, epoxy primer application and applying smartcare Ultron or approved equivalent in two coats at a coverage of 1 Kg/Sqm etc complete as per manufacturer's specification including cleaning of the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% of cement weight complete all as specified and as directed with written gurantee of 7 years from date of completion (Note: - Work to be carried out through authorised applicators of the manufactures and work will be carried out in complete/in patches in roofs)
