Supply of internally illuminated LED based Mandatory / Information Guidance signboards of various sizes made out of 4mm thick glare free poly carbonate sheet at front facia and 2mm thick anodised aluminium structure on other five sides with sufficient no. of 50mm dia 5.5mm thick aluminium legs with frangible couplings. Front facia shall be covered with 4mm thick non-specular glare free polycarbonate sheet having the required details (letters & symbols) screen printed on self adhesive film of 3M make and pasted on the inside of the polycarbonate sheet. The depth of the signboard shall not be less than 150mm. Signboard shall be uniformly internally illuminated with adequate no. of LEDs assembled on aluminium PCB of minimum 2mm thickness and suitable length and width and LEDs shall be 0.5W and shall have not less than 50,000 burning hours installed vertically with a spacing of LED strips (PCB) not more than 160mm with suitable rated power converter to achieve required illumination level stipulated in particular specification and suitable for operation on airfield series circuit input source of 2.8A-6.6A and shall have constant brightness for all current variation without flickering with all other accessories etc. complete as required as per ICAO Annex 14 Specifications.

Supply of integral LED type of 200W Floodlight Luminaire with out put of not less than 24,000 lumens consisting of extruded aluminum housing, Driver with inbuilt protection against surge voltage (upto 4.5KV) open/short circuit and MS mounting bracket etc. with a protection of IP-66 and all accessories etc. complete as required.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 240 / 242 / 250W LED Lamp type floodlight Luminaire including providing and fixing of 1.2 mtr height 50mm dia GI pipe medium class with mounting arrangement with franigible copupling for fixing of lights, providing suitable concrete foundation, providing and fixing of SMC control box consisting of 01 no. 6 A SP MCB and 4 way terminal connector etc. as required and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of the following sizes, ISI marked Double Walled Corrugated high density polyethylene pipe (DWC-HDPE) having corrugation on the outer wall confirming to IS 14930 Part-II complete with necessary fittings/couplers for jointing for protection of 5.0KV grade under ground cable complete etc as required 75 mm (outer dia)/63mm (inner dia)

Laying of DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply of 3½ core x 25 Sq.mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to relevant IS 1554 / IS 7098 with upto date amendments etc, as required.

Supply of 3½ core x 50 Sq.mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to relevant IS 1554 / IS 7098 with upto date amendments etc, as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. --3½ X 25 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. -3½ X 50 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kVgr ade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe as required -Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kVgr ade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe as required - Above 35 sq. mm and upto 90 sq. mm

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from FRLS from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and laying of 6 SWG GI wire inside the excavated cable trench/humepipe for loop earthing etc complete as required

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Cutting bitumenous/cement concrete road/runway to a depth of 10 cm. Refilling the same and making good the same to the original finish etc complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LT Panel, cubicle type, made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, totally enclosed, IP-54, protection free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, outdoor, powder coated painting suitable for operation on 3 Phase and neutral, 415V, 50 Hz AC supply system with bus bars of 200A with colour strips.

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A, tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs with suitable MCBs for incomer (01 nos -63 A,10 KA) & out goings MCB (04 nos - 40A,10 KA) as required. (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)

Supply & Installation of CI Transformer housing box of size not less than 330mm X 400 mm in soil including providing 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 all around and bottom of the transformer housing box with required slope to match with the soil surface and plastering of exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 of thickness 12 mm over the concrete surface including painting top of MS box after installation etc. as required.

Installation of guidance sign boards having 2 leg of various sizes at the new location with suitable RCC foundation, foundation bolts, breakable couplings i/c testing and commissioning etc. complete as required.
