Material and labour 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, Landing,steps over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing and granite polishing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base over rammed earth complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment including 20 mm thick sand cushioning below paver block complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement of cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing earth from travers wall refilling on the same location after doing necessary repair in travers and toe wall including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exeeding 25 cm thick, watering, compacting and finishing to required gradient/shape in travers wall excluding all repair of trverse wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
