Supplying and fixing in position of white colour Vitrified Tilessize of 600 x 600 x 8mm approved special quality in cement mortar 1:3( One of cement and three of sand) 20mm thick for flooring including cost of tiles fixing in position cutting the tiles to the required size wherever necessary pointing the joints with white/ colour cements neatly curing, finishing including cost of cement mortar etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Distempering the old wall and ceiling One coat with best oil bound distember of approved quality including preparation of surface, the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding arrangements, neat finishes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Distempering the old wall and ceiling two coat with best oil bound distember of approved quality including preparation of surface, the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding arrangements, neat finishes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old wood work with One coat of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with One coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Re-Varnishing old wood work with best approved quality wine varnish one coat including fine polishing finishing etc., including cost of varnish,, brushes and labour charges for painting etc. with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of fibre netlon of best quality to windows and openings including cost of netlon, velcro ,nails, labour charges for stitching and fixing etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of Aluminium Netlon door with standard specification of size 1.0m x 2.10 m height with stainless steel insect fine mesh including cost of all furniture, materials and fittings such as hinges handles, magnetic door catcher, etc. including labour charges for fixing the door in position, etc. all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of SS Heavy Duty Long body tap with wall flange with fittings including cost of fittings , labour for fixing etc, complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The quality of fittings should be got approved from the Competent Authority before use)

Supplying and fixing of SS sink cock (SS Swan neck tap) with U shape bend pipe spout wall flange including cost of fittings labour for fixing etc, all complete and as directed by the departmental officers., (The quality and brand of fittings should be got approved from the Competent Authorityr before use).

Supplying and fixing of CP Two Way Bib Cock with Health faucet including cost of fittings labour for fixing etc, all complete and as directed by the departmental officers., (The quality of fittings should be got approved from the Competent Authority before use).

Supplying and fixing of C.P shower arm with overhead shower rose including cost of fittings labour for fixing etc, all complete and as directed by the departmental officers., (The quality of fittings should be got approved from the Competent Authority before use).

Supplying and fixing in position White / Colour Glazed Model Floor Mounted European Water Closet of best quality and approved make with 100mm “P” or “S” trap connecting with CI pipe of 100mm dia / PVC pipe of 110mm dia, double flapped rigid PVC black seat and seat cover with CP brass hinges including cost of white cement, cement for packing, spun yarn, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., including supplying and fixing 10 litres capacity PVC / 12.5 litres capacity porcelin low level flushing tank with a pair of CI brackets, etc., complete with all fittings, such as, 15mm brass ball valve with polythene float with brass handle, union coupling connected by means of 40mm white PVC flush hand using indian adopter joint including all internal fittings, such as, 15mm bras connections, 15mm GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple (2 Nos.), 15mm nylon connection, TW plugs, screws and also giving necessary connection to the PVC pipe and painting the CI brackets with 2 coats of approved paint over one coat of red oxide primer, dismantling the masonry and re-doing the dismantled masonry to original condition, etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of AC Exhaust Fan 300mm (12”) Sweep including cost of material and labour charges for fixing, etc. all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Automatic Electrical Water Heater with copper container, with Glass Wool / Puf Insulation with MS powder coated shell suitable for 25 Litres capacity 230V / 1000W (Higher End) inculding cost of geysor and labour charges for fixing etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying & Fixing of Stainless Steel Sink of Size 600mm x 450mm x 200mm, Including CP waste plug, CI bracket, Waste hose and all other items etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Removing the damaged cup-board and providing new Cup-board Shutter with frame using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydraulic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multipurpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.s.

Replacing the damaged and pooja door portion of size 2.1 *1.5 m. Using with 19mm thick marine plywood water proofing quality of best approved quality with ISI mark 25 x 12mm T/W lipping and labour charges for cutting with suitable plywood support and stiffeners of plywood including cost of plywood, painting 2 coats over one coat of primer, labour charges for wrought and put up, cost fevicol, nails, silicon seal and solution etc., all complete as directed by the departmental officers. (The quality and make of the marine plywood shall be got approved by the EE & ADO before supply)
