Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent diesel engine driven factory assembled, floor mounted generating set with suitable Automatic on Mains failure control panel (AMF) suitable for out put, 200 KVA, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ,1500 RPM Water Cooled complete with safety control and metering equipment mounted on & including common base frame on new PCC foundation as recommended by manufacturer all as specified and comprising of the following :-

Prime Mover: Directly coupled diesel engine, radiator (with blower fan, Standard integral set-mounted radiator system, designed and tested for 50° C ambient temperatures) water cooled-Corrosion inhibitor/liquid coolant suitably of matching 160 KW under NTP condition of BS:5514 for driving 200 KVA capacity alternator, electric start, four stroke liquid cool technology confirming to BS : 5514 and IS -10000 suitable for prime duty generating set for continuous running of 12 hours and capable for taking 10% over load for 1 hour in every 12 hours complete with following accessories :- (i) Engine (Turbocharged with water cooling), (ii) Fly wheel to suit coupling with guards. (iii) Air cleaner with filters (Dry type), (iv) Lubricating oil cooler and filter. (v) Fuel and lub filters, (vi) Anti-vibration pad as recommended by manufacturers (vii) PT pump with governor of suitable capacity & flywheel housing and flywheel to suit single bearing alternator (viii) Electric starters-self starter 12 volts DC (ix) 12 volts, dry maintenance free battery supplied along with the in charged condition along with flexible copper battery lead and connector & Battery charging alternator (x) Standard safety device. (xi) Daily services fuel tank (450 litre capacity) ,Tank complete with level indicator, fuel inlet and outlet, air vent, drain plug, including arrangement for direct filling) for full running capacity of DG set for min 08 hours enclosed within the canopy all as per CPCB with level indicator, fuel outlet drain pug, air vent and locking arrangements etc including fuel pipe connections with connected GI pipe medium grade from fuel tank to DG set and over flow from the DG set to fuel tank complete with gate valve. (xii) Exhaust system shall be provided with thermal insulation by using fire retardant/non igniting foam confirming to BS-4735 to prevent excess heat radiation on the engine and sage for operator, Critical grade silencer suitable optimized to meet stringent sound emission standards laid down by MOEF/CPCB, Stainless steel exhaust flexible bellows to meet emission norms & Exhaust system shall not be based on (Exhaust Gas regeneration) i.e. EGR

(a) Integrated DG set controller (DG set should have a microprocessor based controller with LCD display for engine and alternator parameter) Integrated Electronic Control Panel (displaying the following Engine parameters): (1) Engine Metering: Oil pressure, Engine temperature, starting battery voltage, Engine running hours. (2) AC Alternator Metering : L-L Voltage and L-N Voltage, (3) Current (phase and total), KVA (phase and total), Frequency, (4) Engine Protection : Low lube oil pressure, Battery Over/under/Weak Volts, Fail to Crank/Start, Sensor failure, cranking lockout MODBUS interface (RS 485 RTU) (5) AC Alternator Protection : Over/Under Voltage, Over/Under Frequency, Loss of AC sensing. (6) Safety Control (Trip & Indication) (7) High water temperature (hwt) (8) low lube oil pressure (llop) (9) Battery Over/Under/Weak Volts. (10) Failed to start, over crank lockout stop pressed.

(b) Alternator: 200KVA/160 KW at 0.8 power factor, self regulated 3 phase with neutral 415 volts, 50 Hz,1500 RPM with brushless excitation, Band of Voltage regulation + 1% of rated voltage, from no load to full load, Insulation Class "H" The alternator generally confirms to BS:2613 / IS:4722. The silent feature of alternator are as under :- (i) Casing protection : As per IP-23 (ii) Overload capacity : 10% of one hour in any 12 hours of operation (iii) permanently lubricating bearing.

(c) Repair/Maint tools to be supplied with DG set are as under :- (i) STANLEY 91-931-12-Master Tool set-120 Pieces of Make : STANLEY (ii) Cutting pliers 10 " - 01 No

(d) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Floor Mounted Acoustic Enclosure suitable for 200 KVA DG Set as per CPCB Norms of Make: Cummins (powerica limited)/ Kirloskar KOEL/ Mahindra & Mahindra.

Prime Mover: Directly coupled diesel engine, with blower fan, suitably of matching 12 KW under NTP condition of BS:5514 for driving 15 KVA capacity alternator ,electric start, four stroke confirming to latest IS-10001/10002 Part -II 19801 for continuous running and capable for taking 10% over load for 1 hours in every 12 hours complete with following accessories :- (i) Engine (Turbocharged with Air to air after cooling), (ii) Fly wheel to suit coupling with guards. (iii) Air cleaner with filters (Dry type, Replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator, (iv) Lub oil & Fuel filters -Spin on type, (v) lub oil gauge, (vi) Anti-vibration pad as recommended by manufacturers (vii) PT pump with governor of suitable capacity & flywheel housing and flywheel to suit single bearing alternator (viii) Electric starters-self starter 12 volts DC (ix) 12 volts, dry maintenance free battery supplied along with the in charged condition along with flexible copper battery lead and connector & Battery charging alternator (x) Standard safety device. (d) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Floor Mounted Acoustic Enclosure suitable for 15 KVA DG Set as per CPCB Norms of Make: Cummins (powerica limited)/ Kirloskar KOEL/ Mahindra & Mahindra. FOR SERIAL ITEM No 1 & 2 Make of DG SET (Engine & Alternator): Kirloskar (KOEL Green) /Cummins(powerica limited)/ Greaves- Cotton/ Ashok Layland. Notes : i) PCC foundation will be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule. ii) The DG set shall be guaranteed against faulty workmanship/poor material quality and against failures due to the same, for minimum of two years or 5000 Hrs of operation whichever is earliest, from the date of commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix/laying in repairs LT XLPE insulated PVC heavy duty armoured cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded aluminium conductor electric cable cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5 Core including necessary connection with provision of lugs & cable gland fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix/laying in repairs LT XLPE insulated PVC heavy duty armoured cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded aluminium conductor electric cable cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 Core including necessary connection with provision of lugs & cable gland fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, flling in including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick complete all as directed.

Removing excavated/Surplus soil not exceeding 50m & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep and getting out in sioft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil exceeding 500 m & not exceeding 1.50 Km & depositing where as directed

(e) Backfill compound resistivity should not be more than 0.12 ohm Meter and minimum 2 bags of approximate 25 kg Each bag should be filled in each earthing bore , however if required extra chemical back fill material should be filled to achive result below 1 Ohm without any extra cost. (f) The description / size /Qty of items mentioned in above are for idicative only how ever the qty/size may very at site condition to maintain the earth resistance less than 03 ohm and as such quoted rates should be considering the all factors. (g) Testing on completion & achiving resistance less than 03 ohm & submitting report to Engineer-in-charge duly signed by user every month after successfull completion of earthing during period & defect liability period all as directed. (h) If resistance value is found more than 03 Ohm, contractor has to do additional earthing within 07 days without any extra cost. Material & labour for fixing of DWC pipes it should be flexible & should allow deformation in diameter as well as in joints under external load & soil natural movement , socket & spigot joint with elastometric sealing ring, it should be highly corrosive resistant & it should be impact resistant, chemical resistant, flexible, light weight & it should have hih flow capacity of 50/38 mm outer and inner dia complete with coupler, elbows, joints and necessary joints required for completion of work all as specified & as directed

All as per item No.13 here in before but of size 63/50 mm outer and inner dia.

Material & labour for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for soling (or sub-base) 200 mm spread thickness of broken or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed & rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for hard core of gauge exceeding 63mm but not exceeding 100mm depositing, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Use and removal of formwork to flat rough fnished concrete surfaces foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 150 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as bed plates, plinth courses, lacing courses, stings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting it from supply & Taking down BER DG set of any capacity removing LT electrical connections, its foundation & dismantling the foundation & throwing away from MOD land by unscrewing nut & bolts & BER DG set handing over at MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Note:- The amount of schedule of credit on page No. 31 shall be deducted from the amount quoted against sch 'A' while deriving at the contract sum for accptance.
