(bldg ht may vary upto 10.00mtr).

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cms width or girth and applying one coat of syyntehtic enamel paint on steel surfaces in camouflaging pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling brick tile or terracing tile single layer on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping (weather full thickness removed or part there of) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm average consolidated thickness PCC 1:3:6 type C2 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on flat roofs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm over a coat of primer including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
