BED HARD STEEL 6'x3' (FD/E6/MAP/08(R)) :- Removing following unserviceable / damaged components of bed hard steel 6'x3' with plywood top without disturbing other parts by supply and fixing or replacement with new components made using MS pipe 18 gauge of required shape & size including welding/fixing with bolts & nutts wherever required as per specifications and painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete as approved as per drawing and all as directed.

Removing old unserviceable table TOP and replacing with 18mm thick MARINE / COMMERCIAL Grade plywood which is of ANTIBACTERIAL nature cut to required size & shape duly laminated / fixed using Epoxy glue with GLOSSY / MATT FINISH / METALLIC laminating sheet of approved make / quality / colour / shade and PVC / TW beading all around completely all as approved as per the catalogue design and as directed.

Removing existing unserviceable / damaged DRAWS and S & F with new drawers made to shape & size using 1.00 mm thick MS sheet duly painted as described / directed matching to the existing portion and a provision to fix lock & handle as in the design. The draw shall be set / arranged on the telescopic / sliding wheels / arrangement in a way such that it easily / smoothly slides during usage complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

S & F of new LEGS / SIDE RAILS by removing existing damaged legs / side rails of appropriate size (say 32mm dia 1.6mm thick or as applicable / existing) and shape by welding the joints and applying metal paste / putty over the repaired surfaces and rubbing the area forming smooth surface and painting the area to matching colour / shade all as approved / described and complete as directed.

Removing existing unserviceable LOCKS of table draws and supply & fix with approved brand new locks having duplicate keys and protective lid / cover / cap covering keyhole complete as directed. Note : Make of Locks shall be Godrej / Harrison or equivelent as approved.

Removing old unserviceable HANDLES of table draws and supply & fix of new heavy duty zinc / ss handles completely as approved and as directed.

Note : Cost of the leather / rexine / polyester / fabric shall not be less than Rs. 400/- per meter and best quality PVA / water based / hot melt / adhesive shall be used to stick the covering to the foam / cushion at required places.
