Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of l5cm. thick well rammed and consolidated depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial leads and lift and clearing and leveling the side etc. complete as per SS 20B - for Foundation (SOR PWD P.No.22 Unique Code W-0061)

Supplying and filling the foundations and basement with approved quality of Stone Dust to required thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for well rammed and consolidated etc., complete as per standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part M Sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots incluidng necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29 m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all corss bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angel of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm for boareding laid over sivler oak joists (Country wood) of size 10 x6 cm spaced @ about 90 cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10-13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers - for RCC Works

Supplying and Fabrication and placing mild steel or ribbed Tor steel bars for all RCC works including cutting ,bending, cranking binding etc., including cost of binding wire, ms chains laps to fix the reinforcement in all position all labours and materials etc., complete complying with standard specification .

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five Sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of MS Grill Gate & MS Grills for Compound Wall including cost and conveyance of all materials and all other labour chages and fabrication charges etc. complete as per Standard Specification.

Plastering in CM 1:5 mix (One part cement and five part Sand) to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with approved Cement Paint over one coat of priming coat over cement plastered exposed surface including scrapping and preparation of surface, cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint two coats of approved colour for New Iron works including cost and conveyance of all materials and all other labour charges etc., completed as per Standard Specification.
