Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of stays & Poles, laying of cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, using excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/ surplus soil not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as directed.

Supply, lay in trenches burnt Bricks, old size, Sub class "B" for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Fine Sieved excavated dry soil obtained form excavated soil laid to the required width of trench at bottom and top of cable as cushioning all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning diesel engine driven silent generating set with Microprocessor/ relay based AMF built in control panel, 415 volts, 57 KVA CPCB-IV 3 phase, 0.8 power factor, 50 Hz, brushless, 1500 rpm, self excited, self regulated, AC, and conforming to conditions under IS 4722,1460 BS-5514,5000 and ISO 8528,3046 complete all as specified and as directed with and including following:- Make:- GREAVES POWER Model No:3G11TAG31 or Equivalent make as listed in PS herein after.

(A) ALTERNATOR: Suitable for Gen -Set application complete with accessories as per recommended by OEM. (B) DIESEL ENGINE: Adequate capacity diesel engine suitable to above alternator, Liquid cooled, to drive independently above alternator directly coupled to alternator through flexible coupling or multicylinder, multistroke, direct injection, cold starting, 1500 rpm, as per relevant ISI/BS-5514 complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe running and operation. salient features of accessories shall be as under:- (i) Fly wheel housing (ii) Air cleaner wet/ dry type (iii) Fuel Filter (iv) Fuel injection system incl. Injection pump, solenoid switch, nozzle as per manufacturer's specifications (v) Lubrication oil filter, bypass filter, oil cooler (vi) Lubricating oil pump (vii) Turbocharger (viii) Radiator for liquid cooling (ix) 12 volts starting system consisting of batteries of capacity as recommended by manufacturer, battery connections with copper leads and with lugs of adequate size, initial charging of batteries, battery charger/ generator with regulator, starter motor, starter gear, start and stop push buttons, ignition key and switch.

(x) Residential type exhaust silencer complete with exhaust pipe of suitable size dia upto outside the acoustic enclosure, all covered with glass wool wrapped with aluminium foil of suitable swg adequate to create draft for safe exhaust without transferring vibrations to buildings/walls, flexible exhaust pipe complete. (xi) Microprocessor control electronic metering and module (ECPG) for indication of battery voltage, oil pressure, water pump, engine rpm, hour meter and protection against low oil pressure, high water temperature and over speed of engine incl. electronic governing. (xii) Battery charging indicator (xiii) Radiator cooling system comprising of radiator, radiator fan belt, water pump with belts, thermostat. (xiv) Fuel hoses. (xv) Separate fuel tank of suitable capacity Type Drag type in base frame all fuel supply lines as required at site and as per manufacturers instructions including return and overflow as well as fuel filling arrangements. (xvi) Air intake system (xvii) Common base frame of sturdy design suitable for antivibration mounting and permanent concrete foundation for mounting engine and alternator as per manufacturers instructions

(D) Gen set controller : It should be a micro processor based generator set monitoring and control system mounted in the Gen set control panel .It should provide a simple operator interface to the generator set.

(E) Control system : It should have all the functions necessary to locally or remotely start and stop and protect the generator set. Key switch:- OFF and MANUAL/AUTO- in the off mode, the generator will immediately shut down (if running) and cannot be started. It also resets any fault. Manual start button -It should initiate a gen set in start sequence when the control is in MANUAL/AUTO mode. LED indicating lamps- It should includes LED lamp indication for the following functions:- (i) Fail to start (ii) Over speed/ under speed (iii) Low oil pressure (iv) High engine temperature (v) Battery charging alternator fail.

(F) Acoustic insulated enclosure/canopy for Generating set:- Acoustic enclosure shall be factory made up of 1.6/2 mm thick CRCA sheets built and walls of the enclosure are insulated with fire retardant foam so as comply with the 75 dBA at a mtr sound level conforming to the provisions of environment (protection) second amendment rules 2002 issued vide notification no. GSR371(E) dated 17 May 2002 at Sl No 94 (Para 1&3) and tested complete The enclosure has the following features:- (i). Specially designed to meet stringent CPCB norms of 75 DBA at a mtr 75% load under free field conditions. (ii).Single point lifting for easy handling at site. (iii). Air inlet louvers specially designed to operate at rated load. (iv).Insulation materials should meet exacting IS 8183 specifications for better sound attenuation (v). Fuel drains for lube oil and fuel. (vi) Fuel filling point

(G) Mounting arrangement:- Engine and alternator are mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with AVM pads including PCC Foundation as per OEM design. Note: The capacity of generator set shall be net after all derating factors as per relevant design.

All as per item No. 7.00 to 7.07 but 30 KVA CPCB-IV

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron/steel strip 25X4 by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanised iron, protected by GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore dia and connected to main control board all as shown in Electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, salt, charcoal dust, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber, RCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with 6 mm dia MS bar at 100 mm centre to centre both ways and MS 6 mm dia hook complete all as specified and directed.
