Taking out of plain and carved soiled, dislosed, broken & exfoliated sand stone dasa over the top of railing, Door Jambs, Door sills and lintel very-very carefully with the help of special tools without damaging the adjacent structures after proper documentation, for replacing the same as per the requirements (with appropriate details provided in the conservation plan ) in different sections after strutting, shoring including stacking of serviceable and unserviceable materials separately and disposal of unserviceable material within 100m lead and lowering down upto 10 meter etc. complete.
Taking out carefully without damage to the existing structure of decayed wood work in frames, trusses, rafters purlins and wooden planks fix to the rafter as false ceiling up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead : Of sectional area 40 square centimetres and above.
Taking out carefully without damage to the existing structure of doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :of area beyond 3 sq. metres
Taking out carefully without damage to the existing structure of cement concrete/lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing 75mm thick fine dressed sand stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of lime mortar of ratio 1:1:1 (1 unslacked lime 1 surkhi 1 sand) including carriage of material mortar, labour and water with lead up to 200 mtrs. and lift 10 mtrs. i/e curing etc. complete. (Materials will be supplied departmentally)
Recessed pointing on the joints of brick masnory and stone flooring in lime mortar 1; 1:1 (1 Lime :1 Surkhi: 1 Sand) for including mixing with Belgiri, Gur and binding material with all lead and lift of material after racking out the joints etc. complete. (Materials will be supplied departmentally)
Lime plaster in plain and simple plaster work of 42mm thick in ratio of 1:1:1 (1 Unslacked lime 1 surkhi 1 sand) in two coats, 1st coat of 30 mm thick and top coat of 12 mm thick mixed with binding material such as belgiri, gur, Gum, including supply of all materials, labours complete. and cleaning the surface for replastering, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50mt. lead and all required lifts, very carefully without damaging and scratching the core materials etc. for patch repair including preparation of mortar by traditional practice (by hand grinder) in 3 course for base course and subsequent course & loi, tamping, beating, till the shrinkage cracks are disappear. Providing and applying of diamand - cut - Design moulded lime plaster 50-60mm thick at celling and wall in ratio of 1:1:1 (1 unslacked Katni lime, 1 surkhi, 1 sand) in three coats, 1st and 2nd coat of 15 mm thick each and top coat of 12 mm thick mixed with binding material such as San, or Jute, belgiri, gur, Gum, including supply of all materials, labours, curring complete. and cleaning the surface for replastering, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50mt. lead and all required lifts, very carefully without damaging and scratching the core materials etc. complete. Finishing the lime plaster surface with special lime punning 3 mm thick coating (Lime putty, marble dust, Gypsum, Gur, San Fibre, Methi Dana, Seep powder and varnish) including grinding of mortar and rubbing complete. (Materials will be supplied departmentally)

Provision for erecting exterior scaffolding as above, including dismantling, shifting and re-erection. Preparing in proper shape and making the old karis by cleaning the surface, shaping , straightened and cut to correct lengths,a great accuracy shall be taken in the fabrication ( tenons,mortices, scarves joints shall be made for use in the fabrication.) of various member so that these can be assembled without being unduly packed, when built up shall be true to shape and free from twist, kinks, buckles or open joints.It include all operation stated above and keepinng them fit ready in order to replace/refix on roof level, all iron fixtures such as bolts and nuts, M.S.steel plates, holding down bolts will count in this account. Fixing available old karis (including hosting in position and applying wood preservative on un exposed surface i.e., (bitumen solution primer of approved quality) on old used wood and wrapping with PVC sheet (Transparent) to the end bearing portion of both end and on the top portion of the karis which will come in contact with masonary / concrete up to the satisfaction of in Charge-Conservator or his representative.
