Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock ,soft rock ,hard rock chiseling, wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the lines, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within all leads and lifts in acquired road width and transportation of useful materials for filling in roadways camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all un-useful materials to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/ labour if required.All useful materials such as stones, shingle aggregate and slates etcetera shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stones to the tune of 16027.00 cubic metre quantity @ Rs. 300/- only ( at the rate of rupees three hundred ) only per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor’s running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause section 300 and 1600 as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal un-useful materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring, strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Back filling behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls etc. Complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1203 and 1604 as per section 300 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding the GST.

Loosening of ground upto a level of 300mm (Three hundred millimetre ) below the sub grade level, watered, graded with motor grade and compacted in layers to meet the requirements of table 300.1 and 300.2 with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller for sub grade construction as per MORD technical specifications clause 303 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding the GST.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded materials and spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachment and compacting with three wheel 80-100 (eighty -one hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, as per MORD Technical Specifications clause 401 for grading-I material and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing, laying and spreading soil on a prepared sub-grade, pulverising, adding the designed quantity of cement to the spread soil, mixing in place with rotavator, grading with the motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base/base as per Technical Specification Clause 404. and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including brooming, stone screening type-"B" of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cubic metre (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding materials at the rate of 0.06 Cum (zero point zero six cubic metre) to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-II 63 to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) size 75mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 by mechanical means including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 of MORD Technical Specification Clause 408. and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding the GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimetre ) compacted thickness, graded, broken /crushed stone aggregate, for Grading-III, 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty threemillimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) nominal size to water bound Macadam, specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty to Hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming stone screening ,type-B, 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimetre ) at the rate of 0.18 (Zero point one eight) cubic metre per 10 square metre(ten square metre) of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to required density Grading-III as per MORD technical specifications clause- 405 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) with Nano Technology on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg (Zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre of road surface using bitumen emulsion pressure distributor complete, as per MORD technical specifications clause 502 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) with Nano technology on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.275Kg. (Zero point two seven five Kilogram) per Square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic brooms/ complete as per MORD technical specifications clause 503 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) with Nano technology using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225Kg. (Zero point two two five Kilogram) per Square meter as per MORD technical specifications clause 503 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding the GST.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 at the rate of 3.3% (three point three percent) of mix with Nano Technology at the rate of 0.1% of bitumen binder , transported to site upto a laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 504 or as directed by the engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 (one hundred- one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at the rate of 4.5 to 5 (four point five to five) percent of mix and filler with Nano Technology at the rate of 0.1% of bitumen binder, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 507 complete in all respects and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material within all leads and lift as per MORTH Technical Specification Clause 301.4 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 (forty three) grade cement or any other type M30 (M-Thirty Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm (twenty five millimetre), mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 (zero point two) cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 1 4days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing lines and grade as per drawing and MORD Technical specification clause 1501 as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete 80 mm (Eighty millimetre) thick inter locking paver block pavement with vibration technology in PVC/Fibre moulds upto M-40 (Forty) grade confirming to IS 15658:2006 complete as per technical specification section 1500 and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage by all mode of transportation of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per M.O.R.D. specification and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm (one point six millimetre) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm (twenty five millimeters into five millimetre) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (twenty five millimetre into twenty five millimetre into five millimeter). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. (Two Nos.) 75mmx75mm (seventy five millimetre into seventy five millimetre) of 12 SWG ( twelve standard wire gauge) sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 ( M fifteen) grade blocks of 450mmx450mmx600mm ( four hundred fifty millimetre into four hundred fifty millimeters into six hundred millimetre), 600mm ( six hundred millimetre) below ground level. Providing and Fixing pavement marker (Cat eyes) made out of ABC 3 M (three) plastic of size 128x110x29.5 mm ( one hundred twenty eight into one hundred ten into twenty nine decimal five millimetres) without nail having 50mm ( fifty millimetres) stem of ABS. The pavement marker shall be installed with epoxy ABS including carriage of materials and equipment with all mode of transportation and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing road side delineator of height 600mm (six hundred millimetres) made of MS pipe of size 50mm (fifty millimetres) of 1.6 SWG having High intensity micro prismatic reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM type-XI upto 300mm (three hundred millimetres) length Balance 300mm (three hundred millimetres) It shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint of alternate colour black & white strips. It shall be fixed with 30 x 30 x 30cm (thirty into thirty into thirty centimetres) block with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (tenty millimetres) nominal size complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Planting unrooted hardwood cuttings (2.0 m (two metre) in length and 3.0 to 8.0 cm (three to eight centimetres) in diameter) of appropriate approved species on slopes, including final preparation of cuttings, preparing lines, digging trenches to specified dimensions and forming fascines as per MORD technical specification section 1600 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Road side tree planting containerzed tree and shurbs including potting, transplanting, compacting and mulching on slopes 30 (thirty) degree to 60 (sixty) degree pits size 30 cm (thirty centimetres) diametre into 30cm (thirty centimetres) depth. Providing and mixing compost with thre soil, Provisioning and applying of pesticides of required including labour abd transporation to the site or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
