Repair / replacement of HT cable for charging of HT line and made alternative arrangement through addition laying neutral service wire 10sqmm x 2 core qty 530 RM for Bde offr mess at Mil Stn Sgnr:- (a) Removing of existing HT cables size 95sqmm 3 core qty 540RM through manually excavation and detecting of Short short circuit respectively and earth fault of cable through Magger at site after rectification of charging line. (i) Disconnecting of fault portion through manual and inserting new cable at site 25 RM with 02 nos straight through joint and rectification after meggering and charging of HT cable at Bde Offrs Mess. (Qty-25RM). (ii) Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m depth or n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundations of poles struts stays etc or laying underground cable etc in soft/loose soil & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-charge. (Qty-243CUM). (iii) Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Qty-199CUM). (iv) Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Qty-51CUM). (v) M & L for sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to underground cable 23cm thick, 8cm thick below the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Qty-43.74CUM). Note:- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment. (vi) Cutting the burnt out portion of the HT 11KV grade underground XLPE cable size 95sqmm 3 core supply and jointing HT cable straight through joint (Cold shrinkable) 11kv grade of size 95sqmm 3 core including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Qty-02Nos). (vii) Supply and fixing service wire 10sqmm x 2core for used for a emergency to neutral wire from officer mess 316 Fd Hosp to Bde offr mess main panel. (Qty-530RM).
