Repair/maintenance of Central AC Plants at Tech Bldg 1, 2, 3 and 4 at Military Station Kanasar

M&L for comprehensive maintenance, periodical inspection, servicing / calibration of 04 Nos Air conditioning plants having 03x80 TR Air cooled chiller (02 Working and 01 stand by) installed at Kanasar Mil Stn, by OEM service professional and calibration of all the sensor, gauges connected to the system including all minor spare parts for smooth and efficient functioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Contractor will submit the serviceability report.

M&L for maintenance, periodical inspection, servicing / repairs of AHU of capacity 80 TR, 36000 CFM including replacement of all pre fine filter (micro filter) Qty 12 & fresh air filters Qty 12 rectangular shape as per installed on site, lathe / filing work for proper alignment of pulley / shaft, greasing to all moving parts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for identification of leakage location of refrigerant gas, repairing the copper tube / condenser valves by brazing, doing vaccum and pressure testing by nitrogen gas and Supply and charging of refrigerant R407C including transportation of accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC fills of suitable sizes for cooling towers of capacity 100 TR complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement microprocessor based PLC power supply card / compressor card with RAM (control system with mother board) including display with suitable cord installed in 80 TR chiller unit having screw compressor of make Voltas model EGWFXR1001ML for commanding compressor, valves, controlling temperature, compressor cut off/on, sensor input-output interface, solenoid valve & expansion valve controller as per installed on site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement electronic expansion valve card (EXV) with display and manual / auto operation function installed in 80 TR chiller unit supportable with Electronic Expansion valve type ETS250 as per installed on site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Electronic Expansion valve type ETS250 having actuator installed in 80 TR chiller unit of make Voltas model EGWFXR1001ML as per installed on site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in thermal Expansion valve with capillary tube of capacity 12 TR, 44 KW for R134a refrigerant gas installed in 80 TR chiller unit as per installed on site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement three way solenoid valve along with operating coil 220V as per installed in 80TR chiller unit as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement two way solenoid valve along with operating coil 220V as per installed in 80TR chiller unit as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement oil level switch & valve including electronic type oil flow sensor as per installed in 80 TR chiller unit as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement water temperature sensor immersion & thermoelectric type compatible with electronic control motherboard of central AC plant as per existing installed on site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement TQ valve / motor winding temperature control valve installed in 80 TR chiller unit as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement High Pressure and Low Pressure transducer with thermoelectric sensor and operating switch as per installed in 80TR chiller unit as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement water Differential Pressure Switch as per existing installed in 80TR AC plant complete as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement water flow switch suitable for more than 1000 LPM flow rate along with sensor (water/ liquid flow switch) for 80 TR AC plant complete as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Differential Pressure Switch for fan complete as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling screw type compressor oil (refrigerant lubricant) for top up purpose including transportation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement CT card along with CTs set of three of 250 / 5A type BPL as per installed in 80 TR control panel as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement liquid line filter and core drier filter as per installed in 80 TR chiller unit as per existing installed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for De-scaling of condenser (Heat exchanger) of capacity 80 TR installed in central AC plant by cleaning choked pipe, water circulating lines including service valves, condenser (heat exchanger to cooling tower) circulating concentrated de-scaling solution (concentrated hydrochloric acid or any other suitable descaling chemical) mixed with water in suitable proportion till the complete deposited scale is removed or 24 hours whichever is later & ordered, circulating through pump, servicing of valve, cooling tower, water spray assembly, cleaning with suitable size of drill rod, wire brush including dismantling and connection all dismantled components in proper position after servicing / overhauling etc. replacement of packing gasket 3mm thick, necessary welding / filling and lathe work, nuts, bolts, with washers, testing of water lines for leakage. The condenser unit including civil work in both side of AC plant room wall and cutting of water pipe line and fixing valve / flange with dummy plate, cleaning of condenser pipe line for smooth functioning of other two unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement MS pipe of 150mm bore Heavy Class (ISI marked) with all fittings including necessary cutting, bending in required shape, welding work, etc, laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceiling etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Flange, gasket, nut, bolts & washers shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and laying in replacement MS pipe of 125mm bore Heavy Class (ISI marked) with all fittings including necessary cutting, bending in required shape, welding work, etc, laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceiling etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Flange, gasket, nut, bolts & washers shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and laying in replacement MS pipe of 100mm bore Heavy Class (ISI marked) with all fittings including necessary cutting, bending in required shape, welding work, etc, laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceiling etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Flange, gasket, nut, bolts & washers shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and laying in replacement MS pipe of 80mm bore Heavy Class (ISI marked) with all fittings including necessary cutting, bending in required shape, welding work, etc, laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceiling etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Flange, gasket, nut, bolts & washers shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply only MS flange of thickness 10 mm for MS pipe of size 150 mm bore including nut, bolts, wasters & 3mm thick rubber gasket.

Supply only MS flange of thickness 10 mm for MS pipe of size 125 mm bore including nut, bolts, wasters & 3mm thick rubber gasket.

Supply only MS flange of thickness 10 mm for MS pipe of size 100 mm bore including nut, bolts, wasters & 3mm thick rubber gasket.

Supply only MS flange of thickness 10 mm for MS pipe of size 80 mm bore including nut, bolts, wasters & 3mm thick rubber gasket.

Supply and fixing Cast Iron butterfly valve of size 150 mm dia, Class PN 1.6, stainless steel disc, wafer type, lever operated, ISI marked, with flanges, nuts, bolts, gasket and washers, suitable for flanged pipe connection including taking down existing unserviceable valve, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Cast Iron butterfly valve of size 125 mm dia, Class PN 1.6, stainless steel disc, wafer type, lever operated, ISI marked, with flanges, nuts, bolts, gasket and washers, suitable for flanged pipe connection including taking down existing unserviceable valve, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Cast Iron butterfly valve of size 100 mm dia, Class PN 1.6, stainless steel disc, wafer type, lever operated, ISI marked, with flanges, nuts, bolts, gasket and washers, suitable for flanged pipe connection including taking down existing unserviceable valve, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Cast Iron butterfly valve of size 80 mm dia, Class PN 1.6, stainless steel disc, wafer type, lever operated, ISI marked, with flanges, nuts, bolts, gasket and washers, suitable for flanged pipe connection including taking down existing unserviceable valve, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Non Return Valve (NRV) of size 80mm bore, cast iron body, as per IS 5312 (ISI marked), heavy duty, class ‘PN-1.6’, gun metal seat, both ends flanged and drilled, including nuts, bolts, washer and neoprene rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable non return valve of 80mm bore.

S&F cast iron "Y" strainer of size 80 mm bore, pressure rating PN 1.6, fixed in between MS flanged pipe, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Carefully removing existing serviceable thermal insulation from MS pipe of size 80mm to 150mm bore including GI sheet and thermocol without any breakage/damage and refixing the same after replacement of pipe as per existing installed on site complete all as directed. Note :- Replacement of pipes is not in the scope of this item.
