Providing and fixing of 12.5mm thick tapered edge moisture resistant gypsum board false in desired patterns (viz. L/Z shaped design false ceiling) at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for MR grade gypsum board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also arte shall including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, including filling/grouting and finishing, etc, all complete as per site condition and direction of the Bank.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights using integral densified calcium silicate tiles (Size: 595x595 / 600x600 mm) reinforced with fibre and natural filler, of approved ( M/s Anutone, Saint- Gobain / Ecophon, M/s KNAUF Solution, Ecotone / Somnandi Industries or equivalent approved make ) texture, design, and pattern. Tiles shall have minimum NRC of 0.50 (IS 8225:1987), light reflectance ≥85%, non-combustible (BS:476 Part-4), fire performance (BS:476 Part 6 & 7), humidity resistance 100%, and thermal conductivity <0.043 W/m·K (ASTM 518:1991). Ceiling to be suspended in true horizontal level on inter-locking powder-coated T-Grid system made of hot-dipped galvanized iron (0.40 mm thick), silhouette profile, rotary stitched, double webbed with 6 mm reveal (white/black). Grid comprises main-T runners (15x42 mm, 3000 mm), cross-T (15x42 mm, 1200 mm), and intermediate cross-T (15x42 mm, 600 mm) forming 600x600 mm modules. Suspension system includes galvanized mild steel components: M-6 dash fasteners (50 mm, 8 mm OD), 6 mm dia threaded hanger rods (up to 1000 mm), and L-shape level adjusters (85x25x2 mm). Perimeter wall angle (22x19x0.40 mm, 3000 mm) fixed with plastic rawl plugs @450 mm c/c and 40 mm SS drywall screws. Providing and fixing acoustical circular ceiling cloud panels of 1200mm diameter and 40 mm thickness, made from high-density glass wool with acoustically treated painted surfaces on both sides of approved (such as KNAUF Solution, M/s ANUTONE, M/s SAINT GOBAIN or approved equivalent) make & Texture, design and pattern. Edges are straight-cut and painted for a refined finish. Panels are suspended from the ceiling using a robust GI framework approved by the Bank, complete as per manufacturer’s specifications. Rates include adjustable hangers and additional framework for accommodating diffusers, grills, and light fittings. All joints and grooves must align perfectly in level. Preparing required designs, patterns, drops, sunk, drawings etc. 3. Making openings for the provision of necessary light fittings. 4. Erecting sturdy and stable scaffolding including adhering to all safety precautions all complete and as directed by the Bank. 5. Thorough cleaning & removal of dust, cobwebs, stains & debris etc. from the area before commencement of the work, before fixing panel and after completion of work. Note :- The basic rate for the acoustic ceiling cloud panel system (only material cost ) , inclusive of GST, is ₹13,806/- per piece.

Supply and installation of acoustic wooden panels of size 192mm x 2400mm x 15mm, of approved make (such as M/s ANUTONE, M/s KNAUF, M/s SAINT GOBAIN, Armstrong or approved equivalent), featuring tongue and groove edges and a magnesite-bonded pinewood fibre core. The panels shall have a 1mm-wide grooved surface with varied groove spacing, including types L16-3 (3mm grooves at 16mm centres) and L32-3 (3mm grooves at 32mm centres). The panels shall be Green Pro certified, with a volume density of 600kg/m³.The Strut framework system shall consist of: •Strut CC10: Steel channel of 0.5mm thickness, 3600mm length, 50mm knurled web, 10mm depth, and 15mm equal flanges, installed vertically at 600mm centres and fastened to the wall. •Strut CC18: Aluminium cross channel with 0.5mm thickness, 2400mm length, web dimensions of 15mm & 27mm, depth 18mm, and flanges of 7mm, fixed perpendicular to Strut CC10 using appropriate edge and centre brackets at 400mm centres. The acoustic panels (192mm x 2400mm x 15mm) shall be installed perpendicular to Strut CC18 using suitable edge brackets. The total system depth shall be 43mm. The system shall be back-lined with Synth PF 10x10, held in position with dab spots of Stick S7 adhesive. Providing and fixing in position 595x595mm size of 15mm thickness (approx.) fully perforated square/butt edge light weight calcium silicate panels/ tiles of approved make (such as KNAUF Solution, M/s ANUTONE, M/s SAINT GOBAIN / Ecophon, Ecotone / Somnandi Industries or approved equivalent) with integral densified calcium silicate panels/tiles having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum), Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non-combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity <0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, comprising of a frame made from especially fabricated galvanized mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed section (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both sides) i.e. Vertical studs of size 48 x 34 x 36 mm are placed at 600mm centre to centre in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50 x 32m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600mm centres using 12mm dia,50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fastener with 10mm bolt. This same channel is then to be fixed in horizontal direction at 600mm centre to centre so as to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Glass wool of 50mm thickness is then to be inserted in the slots and finally calcium silicate non-combustible panels/tiles are to be screw fixed with self-tapping pan head nickel coated mild steel screws of size 13 x 3.2mm on to this grid leaving an even groove of 1mm between the panels. The joints between the panels are to be duly jointed and finished using recommended jointing calcium silicate based compound and fibre joint tape roll 50mm wide (90 meter) roll and two coats of primer suitable for panelling as per manufacturer's specification at all heights / level as per direction of the Bank, etc. all complete. Note :- Basic cost of acoustic tile (excluding framing and installation) shall be ₹1068/- per sqm of Ex-Showroom price (inclusive GST )
