Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of reliable compact diesel engine driven DG Set of capacity 250 KVA out door type, 6 cylinder, liquid cool, Turbocharged after cooled, developing 310 BHP at 1500 RPM with 10% overload for one hour in 12 hours , electric start compression ignition, 4 stroke engine design to run continuously conforms to present latest CPCB IV + emmission norms with standard accessories and set of tools with adjustable spanners, screw driver, feeder gauge, cylinder head tocover, joint cylinder head to exhaust , 24 volt electric starting system complete with standard battery 24 volt 180 AH , dynamo , cut outs, ammeter and voltmeter , necessary wiring, pressure gauge, starter etc and heavy duty residential type exhaust silencer and vertical hot air duct boh logged with asbestos rope save oil trays , exhaust piping of standard length , standard MS fuel tank with level indicator and piping coupled with 250 KVA alternator, 3 phase, 415 volts, 0.8 power factor, single bearing Brushless alternator , self excited , self regulated , screen protected "H" class with static excitation system capable to deliver the rated system output at 415 volts, 3 phase , 0.8 pf , 50 HZ, 4 wire runnung at 1500 rpm, conforming to relevant IS with voltage regulation of +- 1 % of the rated voltage . both the engine and alternator fitted on a common fabricated heavy duty CRCA steel base frame with AVM pads including necessary PCC foundation as per OEM design The diesel engine comprise of the following : Note : The contractor shall provide test certificate and manuals with original purchase vouchers.

The alternator conforms to IS 4722, BS EN 60034- 1 & will be suitable for tropical condition. FIRE RETARDANT ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : (a) The enclosure is of modular construction (b) Durable industrial locking systemto be provided for doors (c ) Ths sheet metal components are 9 tanks pre-treated and is polyester based powder coated (inside and out side) for long life. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning AMF panel board Out- door type, IP- 65 suitable for operation on 415 volts, AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz electric supply system, made out of CRCA sheet outer box thickness 3.0 mm and inner box thickness 2 mm, side covers with front and back hinged doors with proper locking arrangement, rubber gasket on front and back door to make it dust and vermin proof, powder coated , The cubicle shall have frame work, bottom frame & 45 CM long four legs of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm Angle iron, including 600 Amp TPN aluminium busbar sleeved with heat shrink sleeve colmmour coated for 3 Phase, 4 wire electric supply system and control wiring with minimum size: 1.5 SQmm of copper cable complete comprising of following accessories all as specified and any other items required for smooth functioning of AMF Panel is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the items and as directed by the Engr-in-charge. (Note: AMF panel shall be mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (with 20 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation block of suitable size upto 40 cm above ground level as directed. The cost of the PCC foundation shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the item.( Note:-All type Test Certificates and Design verification with switch gears as per confirming to IS/ IEC: 61439/2011 Part-1 and part -2 with short circuit test at 65 KA, should be submitted by the contractor before executing the job.)

(Note: Feeder pillar box shall be mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (with 20 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation block of suitable size upto 40 cm above ground level as directed. The cost of the PCC foundation shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the item.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sq mm 3.5 core laid on wall /floor with necessary fixing arrangements with clamps and nuts bolts of MS and testing on completion completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6.0mm thick burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised iron strip 25X 4 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel, GI protection pipe 40 mm dia light grade upto 7.5 mtr and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.Note:- 1. The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI strip dia from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above groung level. (AMF panel) Inculding dismantling existing cement concrete of any description and in any position and remove the wastage material a distance 50 m away from site and make good the disturbed surfaces as per existing specification completed all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item no 6.00 above but using galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead . (For DG set and alternator ) completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for galvanised strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground/fixed on floor/wall with necessary porcelain insulators with fixing arrangements completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for double wall corrugated (DWC ) HDPE pipe 110 mm as per IS 16205/2018 for protection of LT cable complete with fixing arrangement on wall/floor/duct etc completed all as specified and directed.
