Material and labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slabs, landings, parapet, chajjas and similar work not exc 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) of flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate is included for necessary scaffolding up to trple storey building.
Material and Labour for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment ) from walls / pillars / cornices by scraping down with using steel patti wire/ brush / sand papering or by any other mean, remove / scraping down all loose particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc brooming all dust and washing down with water including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions/nail holes/light cracks etc and to make surface even and smooth and also using sander machine (with provision of dust sucking) on uneven surface to make the surface even and smooth (before and after applying putty as per site situation) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, and after preparing the surface smooth applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - Complete removal /scraping to old existing treatment as directed by Engineer-in-charge, each stage i.e after complete removal and before applying CBP as specified above, the surface shall be passed in writing by the Enigineer-in-charge in site order book.
Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered/unplastered) of walls/pillars /cornices by remove / scraping down all smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using mechanical sander machine (including provision of dust sucking), upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, and after preparing the surface smooth applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint with using paint brush , as approved tint/colur complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered/unplastered) of walls/pillars /cornices by remove / scraping down all smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using mechanical sander machine (including provision of dust sucking), upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, and after preparing the surface smooth applying one coat of oil bound distemper with using paint brush , as approved tint/colur complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fixing in replacement stop valve/angle valve cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed both end for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.
Supply and fixing in replacement bib tap cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle with capstan head, wall flange, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
