Supply & installation of Advance Lightning Protection System including all necessary fixing accessories & effective connections complying the detailed technical specifications given therein. a) Supply of Early Streamer Emission type Lightning Protection complete with the Lightning Air Terminal - Configured as a Spheroid which is comprised of separate electrically isolated 4 panels surrounding an Earthed Central Finial. The Insulation material used to electrically isolate the panels shall be comprised of a base polymer which provides high Ozone & UV resistance with a di-electric strength of 24-38 KV/mm tested as per NFC 17-102 & IEC 60-1:1989 to be installed at the roof top & centre of the building with the protection radius of approx 50 Meter. Test meter must be available to check the functionality of the ESE Lightning arrestor. Complete system as required to gain in trigging time and radius of protection must be as per the following: Model: LPI - Stormaster-60 OR TZ 50 OR JMV PESEAT M1.5 for Standard Protection for minimum protection radius of 50 meter. (Level-1)

b)Mast (G.I.) of suitable height as per OEM drawing with approx overall length of 5 meter for mounting the terminal & adaptor to mount the Air Terminal with coupler as per IS 1239 (Part 1): 2004 secure with help of guy wire of Dia 4mm. The Mast must Be made of two parts with lower part of GI Pipe of 50 mm with MS base plates of dia 10 inch of 5 mm /6mm welded and secured to the GI pole with min of 6 no hole for GI foundation bolt of length 8" and dia 12mm suitable of for erection with foundation of PCC block of Min strength of M10 with approx dimensions of 10"x10"x12" and upper part of the mast should be of non-conducting FRP pole or epoxy based Insulator of length of approx 2 meter the mast should be provided with a final/Aviation warning Light on bracket of 25 MM GI pipe along with clamps welded to the Mast for Guy wire at angle of 120 degree. The guy wire should be anchored with help of raval / pin type fastener in the concrete base of min dia 12mm with eye hook bolt and metal insert in the eye.

Maintenance Free Chemical Gel Earthing of Single Pipe Technology (Copper): Supply & Installation of Waterless and maintenance free earthing electrode in 150 Dia x 3000 mm long pit with 17.2 mm Copper Conductor pre cast or in-situ cast in high purity electrically conductive granular material having ultra low resistive value of 0.001 Ohmm with 99.99% pure electrolytic copper coating of minimum 250 microns life of min. 40 years with UL certification. Electrode made of conductive earth enhancing material mixed with cement to encase or backfill the voids surrounding the 17.2 mm Cu Bonded MS conductor or other metal components placed in augured bore hole of 150 mm dia x 3000 mm depth, resulting to increase in the effective surface area of the earth electrode or grids to lower the resistance permanently with no further maintenance, like periodic rewatering or recharge of salt or earth enhancing compound for a very long period in dry soil or rocks. Earth enhancing material/Black Fill Compound of min qty 50 kgs; should not leach chemicals into the adjacent soil or underground water channels and should be in pH neutral range. Earth enhancing material should permanently protect the encased metal components of the earthing systems. Copper Strip of from Electrode's top terminal to taken out be terminated on to earth bus bar. The chemical compound should be tested and certified by any International accredited and BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) accredited laboratory. The earth rod shall be duly tested & certified by CPRI (Central Power Research Institute), Govt. of India for a minimum short circuit current of 25 KA rms. The chemical earth electrode manufacturer shall be an ISO 9001: 2008 & ISO 14001: 2004 certified organization. The Earth pit should be covered with heavy duty poly plastic weather proof chamber tested up to min 4.5 TONS as per NBC 2016. (Make: TERCEL/ LPI/JMV).with values of less than 0.1ohm

Lightning Strike Recorder (6 digits display) of not resettable type in an IP 68 enclosure with the minimum sensitivity of 1500A & maximum capacity of 220 KA (8/20 micro second waveform) tested as per IEC 60-1:1989.The electro-mechanical 6-digit display counter to register lightning discharges on the structure. The lightning strike counter to be installed at one of the roof/down conductors in one structure. The enclosure is of IP 68 rating & should not have any opening or degradation of the parts carrying the current. The same is tested on 200kA-220kA of lightning current at 10/350 micro-sec.

Down conductor of 70sq.mm single core insulated flexible Copper cable with necessary accessories, etc. The Conductor should be HVLC-Shielded-Cables with high degree of protection and maintain the separation distance in accordance to IEC 62561-8.

Providing and fixing of test link in Wall mounted weather proof CRCA 1.6 mm thick MS box of approved make & design with IP 54 protection with provision of 40mm x6mm copper buss bar of 99.9% purity testing link with provision of connection of min 4 no outgoing Copper strip 32x3 mm secure mounted in Epoxy insulator with min length of 300mm.as per IS 8236 /IS 4039
