Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Minimum 2 coats

Painting (two or more coats) on rainwater, soil, waste and vent pipes and fittings with black anti corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture over and including a priming coat of ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer 75 mm diameter pipes

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound After surface preparation first layer of slurry of cement @0.4888 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @0.253 kg/sq.m laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green .overlap of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @1.289 kg/sq.m. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken up to 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked in to groove in parapet all around.

Providing and applying white cement-based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. Meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Painting with black anti corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to given shade one or more coats for old work
