M&L for comprehensive maint of ceiling, exhaust fan of Md accn including proper checking of base connection, lock pin of U clamp fan blade, serviceability of down rod, gun metal bush, shaft, stater, ring, ceiling fan outer body, exhaust fan blade, body and capacitor where ever required complete with greasing/lubrication and cleaning of fan bearing complete all as specified and as directed.
