Replacement of worn out components of 415v, 3 phase, and 70 ampere LT control panel cum fault analyzer cum auto starter Installed at pumping station Sambal Gangera stage 0 .The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel and shifting to workshop. Replacement of damaged solid state fault analyzer cum controller CB4SA unit and 70 ampere delta power contactors-MNX-70-1 no. of star delta auto starter with new components conforming to same rating and specifications as per old sample. Assembling the unit and shifting the panel back to site, fitment and testing of the equipment, without load and thereafter on full load The job also includes replacement of damaged MCCB by providing and fitting of new 100 ampere MCCB- 1 no. Job further involves replacement of damaged copper cables by providing and fitting of 35 sq mm copper cable from panel to motor 25 meters in length conforming to ISI standards along with proper thimbling and insulation material . Job further involves replacement of damaged valves by providing and fitting of 80 mm dia CS NRV – 1 no. and CS sluice valve – 1 no along with allied works such as cutting of old flanges and providing & fitting of new pipe side flanges by welding work. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
