Hire Charges for Stage Back Drop & Side wings made with wooden/ Steel Structure Frame with all Fixture & fastening in artistic and the Architectural approved design with all the type of carving works as per the approved design & drawing including Curtain, Painting of approved shade etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Municipal engineer / Commissioner.

Hire Charges for provinding and fixing R.S.Joist/Channel 150X100 mmup to 8 mm web thickness pillar / Horizontal truss support including digging and fixing properly with nut & bolts where ever required for fixing of front curtain, side drops etc. Up tospan of 10 mtr And Vertical height of 8 mtr. Complete in all respect as directedd by the engineer in charges and approved drawing (Mode of measurement Length wise to be Measured)

Hire Charges for provinding and fixing of LINONIUM sheet up to 3 mm thick wherever required including taping of joints with proper tapes of approved colour etc. Including all type of piping complete in all respect as directed by the municipal engineer in charges.

For Subsequent Days.

Hire charges for supply and fixing of chain link size 50X50X3.15 mm jail up to 1.8 mtr. Height where ever required including clamping / tightenin with wire on the exiting structure with proper support of non moving purpose complete in all respect as directed by engineer in charges complete in all respect.

S & F of Flex informaton / Name Board in required size, made with M.S frame 25mm Square pipe with proper support having approved slogans, figures in proper shade as per the direction of the municipal engineer

Hire charges for supply and fixing of front/middle/back curtain or cyclorama with proper support where ever required and necessary ropes and pullies according to vertical/ side gathering etc. Complete with proper manual syatem for proper up lifting and side gathering etc complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge.

Hire Charges for wooden stage in required size and shape 120 to 150 cm Ht. With nessary steps, jhallar, carpet etc. And the top surface finished with 20mm thick ply wood for making an even surface including installation, loading, unloading etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge ( Actual top surface area to be measured ) for 1st day
