M&L for servicing of both (indoor & outdoor) unit of ACs of windows/ split type/ Cassette/Tower type of any capacity by cleaning coils with the use of c shine solution, removing internal dust and cleaning of filters by using water pump jet and air blower, oiling & greasing wherever required and checking of all other parts and proper cooling complete all as specified and directed . Note:-(i) All tools and machinery required deemed to be in quoted rates including servicing kit for indoor and outdoor unit with air compressor and servicing pump for removal of any foreign material from indoor/outdoor unit all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (ii) All minor parts reqd for satisactory performance of the AC must be replaced and shall be deemed to be included in the above item rate.

M&L for taking down the indoor and outdoor and refixing it back to its original position or any other place after servicing of both (indoor & outdoor) unit of split type ACs . Note:-(i) All tools and machinery required for taking down and refixing deemed to be in quoted rates (ii) servicing of AC Shal be measured separately. (iii) spare parts copper tube and cable wire shall be measured separately.

M&L for Leakage testing of complete AC unit of any description and of any capacity after making all necessary arrangements in any position including vacuumising & pressure testing with and including dry Nitrogen Gas (N2) after necessary brazing and soldering etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for writing of SM/MES No etc on window AC/Split AC/Refrigerator/Water cooler/Deep freezer/Desert cooler with the help of stencil with synthetic enamel paint colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of copper tube suitable for split ACs of capacity 1.5/2 TR of the following sizes including dismantling of old U/S copper tube and insulation of the new copper tube 1/4 " inch

Taking down & shifting of existing split type air conditioner of capacity 1.5/2.0TR to new location as directed including re-installation/ re-fixing the same at new location i.e outdoor and indoor units at new locations and making all necessary electric/ charging pipe line connections, commissioning and testing on completion and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ floor as per existing including comprising of the following accessories/ works complete all as specified and directed:- Note:- The rate quoted above will include all the necessary tools and spare parts required for its reinstallation including gas charging after carrying out leakage test and new drain pipe & copper pipe with insulation as required at site.

Disconnecting the existing refrigerators/Deep freezer of any capacity and transporting the same from site/AGE E/M Yard to workshop and back after necessary repair/ repair of old unserviceable or wornout accessories/ parts in the workshop and re-fixing/ re-connecting the same in existing position and testing on completion for efficient cooling complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities:- Note:- Gas charging and repair of spare parts of refrigerators shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ/ Sch'A' as "material and labour" complete.

M&L for removing of perished body of desert cooler over all approx size of 0.750x0.750x0.910 mtr or as per existing size from existing site and replace the same with new body made out of 22 gauge PGI sheet by means of fabrication welding/ jointing having tank size Approximet 0.750x0.750x0.230mtr and also having electric control panel consisting two nos 5amp switch, one rotary speed regulator switch complete and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer internally and externally complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Taking out existing defective/unserviceable rusted body of outdoor unit and dismantling of all the spare parts compressor, fan motor , fan blade and renewal with new out door unit body suitable for split type 1.5/2.0 TR complete with copper tube condensor heat exchanger and fins and refixing of compressor, fan motor and fan blade of old oudoor unit to new body with all connected items reqd for its installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out existing defective/unserviceable body of indoor unit and dismantling of all the spare parts PCB , blower motor , blower and all conected parts and renewal with new indoor unit body suitable for split type 1.5/2.0 TR complete with all connected items i.e copper tube cooling coil,filter and refixng of blower, blower motor and PCB of old uns indoor body to new body with all connected items reqd for its installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting of the unserviceable voltage stabilizers capacity upto 5 KVA from the site and removing to workshop for repair and re-fixing/testing/commissioning at the original position after rewinding / replacement of parts/spares to the extent required /reassembling complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spares/parts shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ as " Supply only".

Supply and fixing of voltage stablizers of 5 KVA capacity including its installation and connecting with the existing machinery.

Descaling of condenser unit by using cleaning solution, HCL, Sulphuric Acid, shoftner chemical, circulating pump, descaling brush, shoue, hand gloves, flange gaset, rubber insertation gasket etc. of capacity 11.5TRX02 chiller complete all as specified & diected.

Repair/servicing of hot water generator of capacity 54kw including replacement of unserviceable element complete all as specified & diected.

Repair/servicing of hot water generator of capacity 22kw including replacement of unserviceable element complete all as specified & diected.

Repair and servicing of scroll type panel of capacity 37.5 TR cleaning all contactors and removing damaged electric cable and rewiring with the same gauge new copper wires and make functional complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance/Servicing and attending complaint from in respect of non functioning of Air Conditioner plant of 37.5 x 2 TR capacity and 11.5 x 2 TR capacity due to loose electrical connections,no power supply, gas leakage or any other minor default / defects, identifying and rectifying the defects and making the Plant functional and checking of all meters and make them functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i)Parts/ accessories/articles/gas renewed only shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).However minor items like nuts, bolts, washers, tapes,nails, screws, Aluminium clips,PVC rawl plugs/ sleeves, connector block, clamps, Aluminium lugs, etc. shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted by Contractor.

Repair/servicing of cooling tower tank of central Ac plant of 37.5TRX2 with removing of small leakage including foot valve and cleaning of fins by chemical complete all as specified & diected.

Repair/servicing of cooling tower tank of central Ac plant of 11.5TRX2 with removing of small leakage including foot valve and cleaning of fins by chemical complete all as specified & diected.

Servicing/ cleaning of AHU filter of suitable size complete all as specified & diected. Note :- (i) The contractor will collect the complaint slip at 9 am from the AGE E/M office and will ensure that the unserviceable ACs are rectified within 24 hours of receiving of complaints. (ii) If contractor fails to make ACs serviceable even within 48 hrs time then panel recovery of 500/- per day for each complaint will be made from contrator dues. (iii) The contractor will detail one rerigeration mechanicand one helper for AC and summer cooling appliances on a daily basis (iv) No absentee of refrigeration mechanic and helper will be permissible beyond one day and subjected to a recovery of 500 per day from contractor dues.
