Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 40 mm in foundation using 40 mm size clean hard black hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry mixing with concrete mixture laying mannually including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick to the required level, ramming, watering with cost conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials, cost of labour, T &P and machineries etc curing etc. complete. as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Fly ash brick massonary of size 25 cm x 12cm x 8cm in cement mortar (1:6) in F&P including cost, convayancy & royalty etc. complete.

Fly ash brick massonary of size 25 cm x 12cm x 8cm having a crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/sq.cm in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering and corbelling, and watering and curing etc. complete including cost conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials with cost of labour, T & P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.. R.C.C. in CC (1:1½:3) with clean hard broken granite chips of 12 mm size consistent with strength and strengthen cover of concrete, of approved quality and from approved quarry mixing with concrete mixture & laying mannually including hoisting with and laying concrete in layer not exceeding 15cm in depth to the required thickness and compacting as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including rigid & smooth centering , shuttering , watering and curing for four weeks and finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance, taxes and royalities and taxes of all materials, labour T & P, hire and running charges of machineries required for the work, but excluding cost,conveyance, of M.S/T.S Rods and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Fixing of tiles of approved shade and design over 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) over brickwork for dadoes, finished smooth with proper thickness, watering, curing for seven days with cost conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour etc complete. FIRST FLOOR

Supplying fitting fixing G.I shutter and m.s grill for door & windows including all cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour charge etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall surface of wall with acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete. GROUND FLOOR

Supplying,fitting and fixing of stain less steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with balustrate of size 32mmx32mmx2mm in 3rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials labour, T &P etc required for the complete in all respect.
