Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

M&L for MS framed structure roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats of Grade Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A etc.

Dismantling of AC sheets / Galvolume sheet / GI Sheet corrugated or semicorrugated etc. sheets in roof coverings.

M &L 6 mm thick Asbestos Cement sheet, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc and fixed with J or L hook or cranked bolts with washers etc. complete.

All as per item No. 4 above but fixing only shets obtained from Ser item No. 3 above.

M & L for asbestos cement two pieces adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated and semi corrugated sheet 6mm thick fixed with J or L hook and cranked bolts with washers etc complete.

M & L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.45mm to 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc over cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, over cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic tiles in vetical surfaces 300mm x 200mm x 7mm thick over back coat of 10mm thick CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub-base of tiles and surface even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (Square or rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exc 0.36 Sqm as in floors, laid over 20mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6, set jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match using light shade coloured tiles complete.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (Square or rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exc 0.36 Sqm in skirting / dados over 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:4, set, jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match using light shade coloured tiles complete.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.

M & L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

M & L half Brick wall with sub-class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, roof plater etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 10mm thick in CM 1:6 rendering on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)

M&L for 15mm thick in CM 1:4 rendering on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceilings concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)

M&L Preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer on walls complete and all as specified.

M&L for three coats of Colour wash on new surfaces of walls including preperation

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of pimer on walls including preperation of surfaces complete.

M&L for three coat of white wash on ceilings including preperation on new plastered surfaces

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 500 ltr & n exc 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting as required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000 Ltr capacity rotaional moulded polyethylene water storage tanks cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling existing tanks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Dismantled tanks shall become contractors property at rate inserted in schedule of credit.

S&F 2000 Ltr capacity rotaional moulded polyethylene water storage tanks cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position all as specified including dismantling existing tanks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Dismantled tanks shall become contractors property at rate inserted in schedule of credit.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulb, insulation etc) or insulation boards slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets all as specified and as directed.

S & F true or horizontal level 600mmx600mm panels, false ceiling, hot dipped galavnised steel sections, exposed suface with precoated capping, main tee and cross tee of size 24x32mm at every 1200mm c/c and wall angle of size 19x19mm fixed to perimetere wall, as per manufacturer's instructions, grid to be suspended at every 1200mm c/c in both directions by using 2mm dia pre-straightened GI wire at the main tee, including 9mm thick gypsum board of size 600mm X 600mm with rear side aluminium foil and front side PVC lamination, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using glass fibre base bitumen felt, grade 2. etc completed all as specified.

M & L Taking down existing roof treament felt, plaster including preparation of the surface of roof by cleaning of foreign materials down with water, roughening surfaces of old concrete and washing down with water to remove dust, brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg cement per square metre, rendering 10mm thick on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound including laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) over primed surface with bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 Ltrs/Sqm by forced application and applying one coat bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm finished with one coat of alluminium paint @ 100 ml/Sqm, 10cm overlap fused uniformly by LPG torch flame, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i)Water proofing compound will be measure and paid separately. (ii) Padding concrete where required shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding and benching etc mixed with WPC (WPC measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

S&F GI tube 25mm dia medium graded with all fitings and fixed to wall, celing or laying in trenches including taking up and down complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F GI tube 20mm dia medium graded with all fitings and fixed to wall, celing or laying in trenches including taking up and down complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair PVC ball valve 25 mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plasic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed . (minimum weight 20 mm- 210 gms )

S&F in repair 20mm bore dia Gun metal Gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 25mm bore dia Gun metal Gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union, complete all as specified and directed.
