Disconnecting submersible pump set of any type and capcity from existing water supply system by mechanical & electrical means. Taking out / uplifting unserviceable / serviceable pump set connected with column pipe from deep borewell by disconnecting from lowering pipe line of any size manually or with the help of suitable electric driven chain pully system and re-lowering submersble pump set with column pipe in the same borewell after completion of re-developing and re-connecting to make the borewell fully functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) All types of T/P required to complete the job shall be arranged by the contractor. (ii) Job will be continued round the clock as per site requirement and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Delay in job will be charged @ Rs. 500/- per hour of delay. (iv) Items required for submersible cable with motor connection such as PVC insulation tape, valcanised rubber / puncture tube etc shall be provided by the contarctor to complete the work and the cost of the same shall be deemed included in unit rate. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor on any account.(v) Quoted rate shall be including for transporting / shifting of Compressor, Overpumping unit and connected T&P from one site to another and installation etc. (vi) All type of water arrangement with pipe including excavation for storage of water required at site will be done by the contractor along with removing and returning filling and the rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for packing pea gravel of size 2 to 4 mm of natural shape brought direct from river bed and packing around the assembly of borewell including filling during development upto ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- All type of water arrangement with pipe including excavation removing and returning filling required at site for packing of pea gravel will be arranged by the contractor and the rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Re-developing of borewelll by air compressor with minimum pressure of 300 PSI and minimum 1100 CFM all as specified in IS 11189-1985, para 4.3 and directed at site. Note : (i) Compressor, pump, pipe and other allied items shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Developement of borewell by means of over pumping unit with vertical turbine motor capacity not less than 28000 GPH as required to achieve permises sand free water obtained from bore well complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair MS flat iron clamp for holding 150/125/100/80 mm column pipe with necessary nut bolts washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of foundation of borewell around housing/ casing pipe as required on site of any type and size including excavation ,returning and removing and disposing off the materials from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for construction of borewell foundation including necessary brick work, cement concrete, plastering etc complete all as specified below :- (a) Brick work around the bore well at a radius of 225 mm from Housing Pipe, depth below floor / ground level 600 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) PCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 (using 20 mm graded stone agreegate) for filling in between brick and old surface of pump house floor including 50mm thick coping on top of brick / PCC work including finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removing extra soil ,mud, sand collected during redevelopment of borewell to a suitable distance and depositing where directed and make the surface good around pump house borewell including cleaning of any blocked drainage complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair rolling shutter with ball bearing, thickness of laths 1.25mm as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple, gear box,etc gear operated type with chain wheel and hand chain and one shop coat of primer erected in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for installation in replacement of 3D Acrylic letter board of various sizes consisting of following specification :- (i) Frame work for glow sign board to be made with MS square pipe of size 25x25x2.6mm cut to required size incl welding, drilling holes, bending etc and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete for required size complete. (ii) ACP Sheet of 0.8 mm thickness cut to required size and fixed by screwing, drilling holes, bending etc from all sides of the board except front. (iii) Acrylic sheet milky white colour 3.0mm thickness cut to required size and fixed in front. (iv) Matter for writing, Colour, type and size of font will be approved by GE. (v) Creating 3D Acrylic letters from the design approved by GE, using a laser cutting machine followed by extrading in 3D using a metthod called skirting. (vi) LED modules fitted in the hollow space beneath the 3D letters or logo of signboard with necessary electric fittings and connection from existing pole / DB complete. (vii) MS square pipe for support 100x100x5mm shall be used for support of board and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Note:- (i) Grouting the support pipe in Brickwork/RCC pillars using (1:3:6) PCC shall be considered in quoted rate for this item. (ii) The support MS Square pipe to be fixed in ground/pillar all as per specified and as directed. (iii) Sintex junction box fixed with 1 MCB SP of capacity 06 to 10 Amp for ON/OFF control of glow sign board and cable for making connection from existing pole / DB / Busbar to Junction box deemed to be included in the rates quoted.
