The total length of the facia is 16 meters The Decoration work of front facia should be as per approved design. The mid portion shall have “ENTRY & EXIT” points with a width of 2 meter to 3 meter of the both side. The General height shall not exeed 4.50 meters.
Necessary scaffolding with M.S. Angle of suitable size and ‘L’ angles of appropriate size and cross support etc. shall be provided for reinforcement of the facia. A minimum of 1 meter clearance shall be provided of the rear of scaffolding for free movement of Electrical maintenance personal with due enclosures.
As per theme “Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat” (ஒரே பாரதம், சிறந்த பாரதம்) the design of right portion should reflect the schemes and achievement of TN GOVT where as the left portion should have a design of this years theme and mid portion should reflect our Tamilnadu Culture. The materials used in the moulding and minature worksshould be , FRP, plywood and suitable Iron
Honourable former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Dr. Karunanithi and Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu approved photos using superior quality of Acrylic sheet with backlight with a neat finish.
In the front portion of the facia left hand side and right hand side shall have to be Bold Letter in Acrylic sheet backlight with “Tamil Nadu” letters and the logo of state Government at the top.
The provision of “ENTRY & EXIT” space shall be provided with suitable PVC/Plywood doors with necessary padlock complete.
Necessary maintenance works, if any, during the fair period shall be carried out immediately with deployment of necessary personnel and materials.
