Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter not exc 1.5 sqm each ( without taking off shutters from the frame ) complete with hold fasts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame ) area exc 1.5 Sqm but n. exc 4.0 Sqm each complete with hold fasts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0 sqm and n. exc 2.00 sqm each shutter and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 sqm but n. exc 2.00 sqm of each shutter and refixing in the same opening after necessary resecuring or easing & adjusting etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F IInd class HW, 35mm thick, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members shutters as specified in SSR Part I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a), supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

S & F second class HW Hollock/Bonsum/Sal 35mm thick, factory made, plain framed, paneled shutter (Two panels) with panels of 9mm thick BWP grade ply wood bonded with high quality liquid phenol formal dehyde synthetic resin adhesive conforming to IS-710. The size of rails & style shall be as per IS-1003 (part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 & chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as per specified and directed.

S & F Flush shutters 30mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both side and both facesare covered with approved pattern with Decorative coloured laminate type 1 of 0.9 mm thick and all around side faces covered with 10mm thick 1st class hard wood liping duly polished complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC moulded door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelam coloured PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet as reinforced with MS square tube and fixing in opening as specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with wood free EPS, 28 to 30mm thick, (styles) with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelam (Nut Brown colour ) PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm prelam (Nut Brown colur ) PVC sheet on back face, and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing of SSR (Part -II ) 2020 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pressed steel door frame of size 105 x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates incl necessary fixing lugs hinges, lock strike plate,hold fasts etc. and plaster with cement mortar 1:6 and finishes to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. (The rates include for Hold fast PCC and frame filled PCC (1:3:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pressed steel door frame of size 125 x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates incl necessary fixing lugs hinges, lock strike plate, hold fasts etc and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finishes and rates include for Hold fast PCC and frame filled PCC (1:3:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 300mm long aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated anodized aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks or stainless steel wire staples all as specified and directed.

Taking down old u/s steel window / ventilator and S & F Steel window/ventilator factory made, out of MS hollow section 79mm x 39mmx1.6mm thick frame with double shutter (glazed & wiregauged shutters) made out of Z section using flush butt welding and tennon riveting all as per IS 1038/83, dobby hinges shall be provided to both shutters, Locking arrangements as per sample approval by GE, provided with knob, 10mm MS square bars in grill, Z section handle 100mm size and 150mm long hook & eye welded to frame and shutter, four Nos lugs welded to frame inculding necessary flat iron beading for securing wire gauge etc including holes, cutting holes for hold fast and making good in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, and plaster with finishes to match the existing surfaces, including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Wire mesh and sheet glass shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.

Hacking out old broken glass (any size, quality or description) from steel framesincluding punching and drilling out old glazed with putty or beads complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 Sqm.m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab as in shelving/ window cills or steps 20-25mm thick in single piece over 15mm thick screed bed CM (1:6) incl necessary bull nosing fixed to wall and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing on both face complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and apply two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1mm thick wall putty, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Deco door seal 1.5" width gate bottom sealing strip draft excluder stopper with aluminium plate and nylon bristles for weather stripping, air sound blocking complete all as specified and directed.
