Random Rubble stone masonry, in CM (1:6) prop: (Cement: Sand) using Hard blasted Granite stones from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like Granite stones, cement, sand, water, etc., to site sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing of cement mortar, constructing masonry, curing etc., complete but excluding seigniorage charges for finished item of work for foundation and basement (APSS No. 601 & 615)
