S&F in repair valve chamber cover with 2 to 5 mm thick mild steel sheet and 50x50x5mm angle iron to match with existing size of chamber including providing hinges, hold fast, bracing, locking arrangement including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and fixing of cover by grouting to existing chamber with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 block complete all as directed

M&L for clearing away roots and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth any height at Filtration plant/Jackwell / Semiunderground sumps /UG Sumps including all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area under clearance except in the case of surface dressing which includes for all the foregoing except clearing away of trees complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of Old or previously treated steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment for preparation of old decorated treatment on wall / ceiling of OH Tank /Pump House Bldg /Semi UG Sump /Jackwell/Intake well by scrapping with truecare wall sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks, holes etc complete and applying two coats of Anti fungal weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint over a coat of weather proof primer with crack filling upto 5 bars of positive hydrostatic pressure on vertical walls without any dilution with forced coverage not more than 3.5 sqm / ltr as per manufacturer's instructions and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed. Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connecting to the GI strip 32x6mm, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm incl provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated with 40 mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 m long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 m, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion including taking down old earthing complete”.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/hard standing complete all as directed

Note : The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of providing PCC 1:2:4 type B0 all exposed edges to the sides of paver path/ hardstanding as per standard engineering practice complete all as directed. For measurement purpose only edges of tiles shall be mesured.
