Supply and fix Double wall corrugated (DWC) outer pipe 40mm and inner dia 32 mm fix complete to Wall, Poles , laid in trench with cable etc with suitable clamp for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Double wall corrugated (DWC) outer pipe 63mm and inner dia 50 mm fix complete to Wall, Poles , laid in trench with cable etc with suitable clamp for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,Install Testing & Commissioning of self supporting totally enclosed double door at front, LT Feeder piller compartmentalised design, dust and varmin proof of size 1000 mm(Height) x 800 mm(Length) x 800 mm(Width) suitable for 440 Volt 3 phase 4 wire system made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and built upon regid frame work having front and rear hinged doors with neoprence rubber gasket including danger plate, earthing strip point and, ventilation louvers at the rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size of Zinc/Cromium plated and nuts, bolts ;and washers etc. The pannel shall be synthetic enamelled painted and the control circuit diagram shall be with colour code solid conductor copper 1.5 sqmm cable for easy identification including incomming/outgoing cable holes at the bottom, complete after taking down the old unserviceable one. The Panel shall be emmbeded with 50x50 x 6 mm MS Angle Iron frame and to be grouted with PCC foundation (1:2:4 ) type B2 upto a height of 50 cm from normal ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge and comprising of the following.

Incoming:- (a) Copper bus bar 100 amps - 04 Nos, supported with suitable size of heavy duty porcelin stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral. (b) MCCB of TPN, 63A, 16 KA, Make : L & T/Havells - 01 No Outgoing:- (c) MCCB of SPN, 40A, 16 KA, Make : L & T/Havells - 02 No INDICATING DEVICES (a) LED Indicating lamps for Main Supply indicating R', Y' B' - 01 Set of 3 (b) Digital Voltmeter (Make AE/L&T) - 01 No (c) Current Transformer having Ratio 400/5, 15 VA - 01 Set of 3 Notes: (i) Rates are deemed to be inclusive of PCC platform of suitable size and 45cm height and 4 Nos legs of 50mmx50mmx6mm and 60 cm in height for fixing the panel (ii) MCCB shall be fixed in suitable sheet metal enclouser (iii) Danger notice plate (02 Nos) LT size 20cmx 15cm shall be fixed on the panel (iv) Contractor provided power coated finish paint on panel. Supply and fixing LTcable route direction metal sign board, yellow color circular plate with written indication and fixing arrangement on earth complete all as specified and directed.
