Dismanting boarding, any description, fixed on floor with nail complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section and at any position as in unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for 40 mm thick PCC flooring 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) laid below wooden flooring including finish the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed .

S&F wooden flooring with 22-23 mm kiln seasoned maple wooden planks (Grade-I) fixed over treated and dry Indian sal wooden runners of size 70 x 38mm laid over existing sub base of floor @250mm c/c in one direction. The wooden planks to be jointed to each other with tongue and groove method and fixed to wooden runner and top plank to be nailed in 45 degree secret nailing using Angle cleat in another direction using flooring nailer. The wooden runners to be fixed on neoprene rubber cover of size 50 x 50 x 19/20 mm @300mm c/c by stappling with suitable pms/nails. The floor will be installed after placing vapour barrier of 150 micron on subbase of floor, after installation of top surface floor will be machine sanded and furnished with two coats imported non skid polyurethane lacquer material and design as per sample kept in GE office complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall includes making in lines as per guide line of BWF. (ii) The quoted rate shall includes to carry out third party testing from FRI Dehradun / Siliguri for random sample pick after supplying of complete lot of material. (iii) The quoted rate shall include field test for moisture content in woods planks/runner by using moisture meter equipment to check results as per IS provisions. (iv) The third party testing of wooden planks and runners includes following tests as per IS provisions. (a) Indentification of woods. (b) Density of wood. (v) The quoted rate shall includes to treat the wooden runner at site with chloropyriphos 20% EC by diluting water as per IS provisions. (vi) The certification shall be produced for sal wood. (vii) Contractor shall carryout the work with OEM who having experience of wooden flooring work in any Govt organisation / PSU in last 5 years. (viii) The contractor shall visit the site and understand requirement as per sample kept in GE office before quoting the tender.

Supply and fix 22-23 mm thick kiln sesoned maple wooden planks (Grade-I) of size 450 to 1500 mm length and 100 mm wide fixed to wall with necessary screws as in skirting including finish the top surface with PU polishing water based polyurethane lacquer complete all as specified and directed.
