Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt / Antiskid finish of size 300 x 300 mm in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved brand & manufacturer in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 300 x 300 x 7 to 10 mm thick acid and alkali resistant tile in flooring on a bed of 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing kota stone slab 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing kota stone slab flooring over 25 mm (average) thick mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mirror polishing on marble work / Granite work / stone work wherever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick as in sub base and leveling course complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick first quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 450 x 300 x 7 to 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles in dado / skirting on 12 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS: 4457, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling aluminium / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595 x 595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance ? 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052-0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 & 7) in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking - Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15 x 32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15 x 32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised @ 80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85 x 25 x 2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’.

Providing & applying polymer modified, flexible cementatious negative side waterproofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plaster surface in three coats @ 14.35 kg /10 sqm one coat of self priming of cementatious waterproofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementatious waterproofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film & loose particles till plaster is visible complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing PVC door frame of size 50 x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm (± 0.2 mm), made out of single piece extruded PVC profile with mitred cut joints and joint with 02 Nos of PVC bracket of size 190 mm x 100 mm long arms of cross section size 35 x 15 mm and self driven self taping screws, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 40 x 20 mm M.S. rectangular tube of 0.8 mm including providing EPDM rubber gasket weather seal throughout the frame including jointing 5 mm PVC frame strip with PVC solvent cement on the back of the profile. Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc, with frosted glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc, complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l, type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick external wall plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 shall be provided in two coats viz. 10 mm first coat and 5 mm second coat using W.P.C. and finished fair and even including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will measured separately.

M&L for 12 mm thick internal plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
